Hello, please can you help on how to get the preset speed. Like to make it really slow for a smoother transition when calling preset. For example moving from a camera call 1 to call 2. I cant seem to find the preset speed anywhere in the setting. I use the famako joystick with a zowietech ptz 20x zoom. Many thanks
The PTZ controller can't adjust the camera's preset speed. Your camera's brand is not FoMaKo. If you have a FoMaKo brand PTZ camera, you can set the PTZ camera's "Preset Speed = 1" in camera's menu setting or on remote control. then , you call the preset position from 1 to 2, the lens move speed will be very slow.
2:50 - is there a way to setup smoother transition? I.e. so that the time to change zoom takes the same time as changing angle? Or that the angle shift is performed with a more "curvy" path. And question #2 - is the camera capable of outputting video to multiple outputs at the same time, i.e. HDMI and LAN or SDI and LAN?
For your questions: 1) yes, you can set the preset P/T speed and preset zoom speed, normally, if the speed is slower, it looks more smoother 2) yes, it support HDMI, SDI and LAN video out at the same time.

3) stream to software such as OBS, Vmix
4) use Video mixer switcher
5) If you use HDMI or SDI, you can also use HDMI to USB , SDI to USB video capture card
Cam needs have NDI??
NDI is one of the streaming method, it has eaiser settings and lower latency.
if you get the no-NDI version camera, you can also setup great live streaming system.

Thanks for this. Please does the router need to be connected to the internet.?
no, router doesn't need to be connected to internet.
Router just assign IP address for cameras, Controller and computer,
then, you don't need set ip addresses for them one by one, much more eaiser to setup the PTZ camera system
@fomako9778 so only computer can be connected to the Internet?
@@kaczuchasly5174 yes, if you want to use camea's IP stream function to stream to RUclips, facebook... directly,
you'd better let router assign ip address for the camera.
How do I update these cameras?
please write to us, we will check your cameras' firmware, and give you suggestions to upgrade the cameras.
Can I use it with OBS?
Yes, You can use IP stream or USB stream to OBS

Dear Friend, please Go to Amazon, search "FoMaKo", you can find FoMaKo Amazon store. Thanks for your interesting.
Is it possible to use a pair of these cameras just to record a conference? I do not need any streaming, I would like to use them as videocameras.
your can use the cameras as conference camera,
it has USB 3.0 video out, computer and conference software can recognize it automatic,
but the camera doesn't have recording function, you can use other streaming software (such as OBS) to record and save to computer directly.
