If we're hosting the conference in a hotel hall, can we use the hotel's Wi-Fi to set up the PTZ cameras?

I have been trying to set mine up for two months now. No luck. I have tried to find someone to pay to help me but I get ghosted by everyone. I have tried using this video and copied it exactly with no luck. I have the same cameras and controller.. I'm so bummed out!
@@TenveoOfficial They are. I contacted Emily and she sent me a set of instructions and videos that are not easily found or maybe unlisted. I was able to get the system up and running thanks to her!
