I ordered these and they are awesome. Also my 24 set came with a duplicate colour with one other colour missing. Sent an email and a picture of the duplicate pens to customer service and got a response in record time. I would have been happy just to receive the one pen that was missing but Arteza was kind enough to send me another pack free of cost! I'm still in shock and wanted to leave a little note saying thank you. Customer service really makes or breaks a company. I will buy again and again from this brand.

After watching Susanne Rose Art I never knew Arteza had an art channel!!! Glad she told us about your site. I'd love to use real brush pens to paint flowers (Gerber daisies) and woodland animals under the flower petals. Oh the possibilities would be endless with such a selection of colors.

I now understand why I ran out of ink so fast on my favorite colors. I was applying the ink to my page and then relying heavily on my water pen to move the pigment around. I really appreciate a tutorial on how to use the real brush pens. I'm new to all types of watercolor painting and if you had kept the camera in close to the paper, more than the few short times you did, it would have shown the techniques so much better.

I would use the pens mostly for watercoloring.. stamping with them will also be gorgeous.. stamping in layers with mostly Magenta and Paper Artsy stamps, and coloring the line imaged stamps of course. And making backgrounds in my Art journal or for cards.. with these? YES.. I am crazy about nice backgrounds as the start of a project. I watched the video by Susanne Rose; she always seems to surprise me with another style!! I've been looking into your gorgeous product, but haven't seen them in shops around here.
