Nothing about Hollywood Orchestra, 8dio, or any of the other big name products? For what it's worth, 8dio is running an amazing deal on some bundles right now (expire March 1): $198 All Strings Bundle -- Century Strings Normale, Century Strings Sordino, Century Ostinato Strings I, Century Ostinato Strings II, Intimate Studio Strings, Deep Quintet Strings, Deep Solo Violin, Deep Solo Viola, Deep Solo Cello, Deep Solo Bass, and Anthology Strings $198 All Choirs Bundle -- Lacrimosa, Insolidus Choir, Silka Choir, Requiem Professional, and Liberis Choir $148 All Majestica, Legion, & Batucada Bundle -- Majestica Ultra, Legion Series - 66 Cellos, Legion Series - 66 Basses, Legion Series - 66 Trombones, Legion Series - 66 Tubas, and 33 Drummers Batucada $48 All Blendstruments Bundle -- Blendstrument Alive Percussion, Blendstrument Hybrid Pulses, Blendstrument Motion Textures, Blendstrument Paranormal Guitars, and Blendstrument Strange Pulses They're great deals, but it's extremely frustrating for me because I bought the Humanity Choirs Bundle (Insolidus + Silka) at the end of December and Liberis on January 15. It feels very unfair and deceptive of them to have big sales and bundles and then put the products in even better sales and bundles less than a month later. Despite my negative feelings towards them right now for this tactic, I wanted to mention this in case others want to grab these deals.
Thanks for letting us know any these deals! I do have some 8Dio in fact but tend to use them less than the ones I mentioned. They are amazing too though 💯🙌🏻
Thanks Dixon, some really awesome libraries there. Haven't had chance to try out The Orchestra Complete 3 or The Score yet, as I am still getting the new PC ready for work. I didn't realise just how many instruments I had!! It's taking for ever to download them and set them up again, but it will be 100% worth it when it's done. So excited to try out my new gifts!! Have a great week and thanks again.
Dixon welcome to the US!...hope your time here is productive... that new keyboard is nothing short of Awesome...sure you'll make great use of it...really like the Spitfire stuff-always sounds great and easy to use GUI...
I've just subbed to Composer Cloud Plus for a year for 149 dollars, No idea what I am doing as my musical ability is very limited but having a blast with it anyhow,
@@skmakesbeatsIs it worth the price? I have Choir, Epic strings and Percussion in the original series. All great except Percussion which I never use. Damage 2 and Tom Factory is so much better.
@@jenstornell I think it depends on what your goal is....they are very cinematic if your making scores and things like that...which I dont make. for beats they are more ambient then most synth pads, but I like them for making textures and phrases for that extra thing in the background....rather then as a straight pad in my melody if that makes sense
the orchestra complete 3 from sonuscore is great, but for me, the only all in one orchestral library is musio, it has everything and all professional samples with recorded legato, musio one is about the same price as the orschetra complete 3 but with more instruments and for the moment no orchestrator, but that will come at a later date, cheers Dixon
Thank you for always uploading videos! (^o^)/ Easy Strings is a plugin that I tried out and found to have a pretty good sound.👍 The only regret is that the articulations are divided into presets. There was a bit of a lag when loading the presets, so I had to prepare multiple tracks to switch between techniques. Also, the volume and balance of each of the three instruments (violin, viola, and cello) seemed unbalanced. I shouldn't complain, though, since they are Free instruments😅
Will you let me know if you see a new machine mk controller from native instruments while you're there? I just got one, but if there's a new one coming, im returning it
fuckin lol at the RUclipsr hearting your comment but not responding. it really tells you "I understand that you're struggling, but don't care to help." lmao
@not.spir0s I think it tells you more that I don’t work for the company that makes the “easy strings” and if they want help with that product it’s probably best to reach out to them rather than me. With that being said I did mean to reply and say to reach out to the company but must of got side tracked as I do reply to pretty much 100% of the people that comment 🫣
great video. thank you! i have a little idea for a video for you if you don’t mind.. to make a video on plugins/kontakt libraries where you can hit just one key and it plays out a full phrase like Strings of Winter.. would be a cool ideal video for those who aren’t that experienced yet in playing full melodies normally

Hey you know the cassette symphony can your draw out a violin dound with touch of the key for 4seconds for example...touch sensitive?
Not sure if you have tested it or not but I recently bought Tom Factory. Really good plugin for orchestral percussion.
