Learn how to create a simple Note Taking system in Notion. Taking Notes in Notion is often either too simple, and the notes aren't actually seen a day later. OR, the system is WAY too complicated and you never end up using the Note Taking tool you created / downloaded because there is too many steps involved.
In this Notion tutorial we go through how to build a Notion Notes System that allows you to take notes at the click of a button. No more scrolling through to sub pages of sub pages just so you can take a quick note. Notion databases allows you to be incredibly flexible and show relevant Notes where you want them to show up. So you can take Notes with a Notion Button on your main dashboard, and have that show up on a specific project's page.

Hey is this the same note system that's in the 2nd brain setup?
I like your videos thanks ! Quick question, i find it kind of time consuming to have a "ressource" DB and a "note" DB to take notes on actual content / article etc... (with relation)
But not having 2 DB leads to having "notes" on content in ressources" DB and actual notes in "notes" DB which is suboptimal. I tried to have only a "notes" DB and put content in it and filter it but this leads to a clumsy DB, what would you recommend ?
Thank you! I recommend having a Notes database and a Resources Database. Then take notes on the resource on that specific page. That way it's where you need to find it :)

what a painstaking way to take a note lol
once it's set up, it's honestly the best
its simple! go to 1 place to take a quick note, then it moves itself to the 'notebook' it belongs, what so difficult about that?
