I've been a Hobie Pro Angler 14 fisherman for 7 years and I am on my 3rd hull. 2 replaced free and one was $1000. Cracking around the seat area. I still love fishing out of a Hobie. Nice job on the video!

Yo……..nice, honest review. I myself live n Vero Bch., fish mainly salt & brackish waters & it’s been a year. I purchased a demo, sea grass & love everyone but I g about it. I fish min. twice a week & an average of 3.7 miles of kickin. I have never had any issues. It took me around 5 months of reading, watchin vids & doing several demos before I bought my 2022 Outback. It’s my first yak & I would recommend it ALLDAY 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Been thinking about getting one. Mainly for fishing rivers and such as I have a bass boat for the lakes.

@@RhinoJoeOutdoors they are awesome for the rivers! If possible, I would recommend purchasing from a certified dealer over a retailer - having an advocate and someone who is experienced handling warranty issues has saved me some headaches.

@@sotayakfishing much appreciated on the advice. I plan to use a dealer here locally to buy one. Several used ones on the market but I'm unwilling to roll the dice on a used one with some hull issues I have heard about.

    I'm glad I didn't buy a Hobie Outback
    very expensive
With the money I was going to spend I was able to buy a Pelican 130 with pedal
and I also bought a trolling motor battery
the Hobie costs 5000 canadian dollars
I set up my setup with 3000 cad and I'm sure I can fish with it all day without getting tired
and I can explore more places
This is my second kayak, the trolling motor is a game changer. I love it, I don't use it all the time because fishing is also a workout. When it's time to go back or against the wind, there's nothing better.
