thank you guys i really needed this video I love going kayak fishing and when I started I went out with a paddle rod and a net with a water bottle and had a blast but now getting more in kayak fishing love the videos
Love my kayak kushions on back and butt. Spent many 8+ hours and not even a hint of sore butt. Also prevents slight seat to under knee rubbing was getting before it. Just got the BlackPak and love just tossing it into the kayak and having everything there.
Worth noting you can get the Tuff Krate without the lid for under 40 bucks - a pair of rod holders is 10 bucks so you can be set up for under 60 bucks. Mine has held up incredibly well to several years of abuse (sitting outside). Only thing I wish was different is that I wish you could mount rod holders on the long side and that it had more than 4 slots for rod holders. If it had that I probably wouldn't bother with a Blackpak.
@@fly_yaker I haven't honestly tried it to see if it floats. I don't think the foam that I used will do it. Its more of the EVA style foam. If your looking for it to float you might want to try a pool noodle style foam.
Combo reviews, dope. I made (diy)leash/tether for the boondox landing arms. Saved me a swim 🤙😎, would have lost them the first day on the water. Everything is tethered / leashed that don’t float. Thank you🤙😎
Nice work fellas and sorry for not watching sooner; just catching up on videos and watching football! I used the Buzbe cube for plastics this past season and didn't love it. It was "meh". I probably stuffed it too much and when it was in my lap some bags would always fall out. I moved all my line spools that I take with me to that Buzbe cube. I'm thinking the deeper Buzbe with mesh sides might be better for plastics. However, I'm going to try the Evolution bags this season. Have a great New Year's. Cheers, JJ
Just so everyone knows about the Yak Attack black crate. It will 100% crack the rod holders if your nephew tries to use it as a ramp support for his sweet scooter tricks. 😅
Spoke to my local kayak retailer when I bought my Titan X who advised me that installing the boonedox wheels voids your warranty, whereas if you get the Native Sidekick wheels it will not.
Guys, am I missing something? Do you not have links to the items you like? It would really help us just getting started with yak stuff…. Great knowledge on stuff tho, note just to watch again and try to find what I want
@@aaanglers thanks for responding…got lost in all these notifications so I didn’t see it. But I’m sure is the wilderness system crate now. Wondering where you found for under $100
I really don’t see the value in more expensive lithiums. I don’t think there is a difference in performance. I saved money with Li-time and heard good things about eco-worth.
Funny that the first thing he shows is landing net that he says you can get super cheap on Amazon for about $20 bucks, then shows the Amazon item is really priced at about $45 bucks. 😀
What are your favorite kayak accessories?
Accessories that can be mounted on inflatables.
Side stack for my rods, without question my best addition so far other than the motor. 😊
“ My family is sleeping stop !!! “ I spit my drink out when you said that Jeff 😂🤣😂
HAHAHAHA! We have fun here LOL
great new camera quality!! Thanks Boys for ditching the go pro u guys rock!!!
Informative and helpful!! Thanks, fellas, for all the quality, honest, unbiased reviews!
🙌
Thanks boys for your hard work! Labor of love

I must say great job fellas really enjoyed this and definitely got me thinking for my hobie compass, hope I can get delivered to Australia! 😂

Love the anchor wizard...game changer for me for kayak fishing.
Great video , guys ! Thanks for al the product information, and experienced opinions on quality vs cost.
Love my yak wheels! Worth every penny.
Would love some of those YakAttack boxes and that line management bag.

Gotta love the Grimace color kayak. I like all the storage availability and how you can just take it the important stuff easily
🤙
You can get the 16x16 black pack pro in the back of your unlimited by adding angle aluminum across the tracks that the crate sits on.
I love my Anchor Wizard and use it with an anchor trolley.
I backed my Ketchboard with 1/2 inch adhesive foam. It prevents much of the noise and keeps the board from sliding around in the kayak
I like that!
That’s a good idea. I do use the tether with mine, but curious if yours floats now with that foam?
@@fly_yaker I haven't honestly tried it to see if it floats. I don't think the foam that I used will do it. Its more of the EVA style foam. If your looking for it to float you might want to try a pool noodle style foam.
Nice!
I have the bunkster cart and anchor wizard. love them both. I don't need the other stuff.
Love my yak wheels!
Gotta remeber on the batteries you're looking at 12V forbthe PQ and 24V for the Newport. The Newport will have less amp draw as its a 24V system

Thanks for sharing all of these great ideas. Where was that wilderness systems created on sale at???
Pretty sure direct from wilderness systems
Great information thank you

Thanks for making this video,, very informative very nice,,, hi I'm from India 🇮🇳
hey guys on the wilderness systems crate, what are the clips you are using to run the bungees around. seen at 11:29 in the video. thanks
Yak attack makes them
@@paulglass7268 awesome thanks! Hopped on that 80 dollar deal and finally get to use the crate!!
Yak attack tie downs
Would be curious what you guys think of the cushions made by Purple Mattress vs Kayak Kushion
Never saw those. I wasn’t a huge fan of the feel of the purple mattress, but that may just be preference
Great video as always!! Do you track your miles and fish catch’s in your Garmin watch?!!
Just heartbeats lol
No, but i might now!
PLEASE do a Svivlo draken one review. It was sitting right next to a reel you were talking about in one of your icast videos in the new section
We reached out to them to try and get one

Thats what we figured.
Question @aaanglers
Where did you get the RUclips decal on your native 12.5 ? I need these if you have a link please link it thanks 🙏🏽
We made our own on a cricket printed
@ oh ok thanks so much. My wife has one so I know my next project ☺️thanks for the reply
Nice video

We can look into adding links for the products we review into future videos!
What is the brand of the first crate
On which kayak? Not sure which one you are looking at.
@@aaanglers thanks for responding…got lost in all these notifications so I didn’t see it. But I’m sure is the wilderness system crate now. Wondering where you found for under $100
@@Wsample from Wilderness Systems themselves. It was on sale a month or two ago.

Agreed
Yeah I got a life PO4 12v 50ah for $100 and I have never worried about it dying
Funny that the first thing he shows is landing net that he says you can get super cheap on Amazon for about $20 bucks, then shows the Amazon item is really priced at about $45 bucks. 😀
He also said that this one was a line cutterz brand, the generic IS $20, simply search floating landing net
What you need to show is what the hell that rod holder was on the garage wall.
It’s a Kastking rack, it’s awesome!
