Remember guys, doesn't matter if you are the fastest player on your team, or the slowest; with correct running technique and training, you can always improve your speed. Here are the key points to take away:
- Pump your arms, this is where most of the power comes from (SOCKET TO POCKET).
- Relax your shoulders and allow your muscles to move freely, don't be overly tense.
- Drive your knees, to around 90 degrees.
- Keep chest upright when you reach top speed.
- Push the ground away with the ball of your foot
- Train core and body strength for increase in power

I appreciate that Maaz. Usually I would do that with the camera, but on this day there was strong winds, so my camera person needed to stand with their back to the wind so that it didn't ruin the audio.

i run decently fast but i have litterally no stamina and i also have asthma, but that doesn't affect me that much so i was wondering how to run fast while having stamina. thanks
Do some longer distance running to improve stamina.

wonderful tutorial , you're on point with that running technique ,there still a lot of ways to improve your speed by only using the ball . can you do a knuckle ball and if you face your opponent on a different pitch that have a small hill and holes dust that make it hard to control the ball shooting cross .

They are more for improving foot speed and coordination which help with dribbling, changing direction/turning etc. Thanks mate, I appreciate it!

step by step thing is really helpful Thanks! one question-like if one day I decide to give to speed, acceleration I know the drills but don't know in what order one should go. Like suppose I plan to do step ladder,suicides, walk-jog-sprint thing(from your video),can I just do them in any order one after the other with gaps to recover and it'll be helpful?
Yes mate, there is not order that needs to be followed. Whatever works for you, just make sure you are taking care of your recovery 👍
I have been doing hill sprints, do they help much with building up speed? Apart from that I had my first league game the other day for my team and I'm playing a few ages higher as I'm 17, I was playing for the U20's and scored my first goal. your videos have helped me a lot lately so thank you!

Just got ankle weights yesterday, do you think that wearing them the day before a game would be beneficial at all, or would the effects be better if you train in them right before a game?
I wouldn't recommend any kind of weight training the day before a game, including ankle weights. I would say keep resistance training at the start of the week, to give your body time to recover.
I don't know if you've done a video on it already but you got any tips for composure in front of goal? I'm a speedy RW and as much as I get quite a few assists, I don't score. Whenever I get in to the box my instinct is to look across for a pull back or something, when there is no option but to go myself I tend to panic and either send the ball sky high or roll it in to the keeper.

U don’t need to bang it into the top corner. Just pass it really hard away from the gk and that should work. Remember a goal is a goal whether it’s a banger or a meh one

can you do a video on how you can translate these techniques for dribbling faster? I can sprint fairly quickly, but when it comes to dribbling I find it difficult to lose a defender after I have dribbled past them

What sort of questions did they ask you when you went on the interview for the scholarship as I am going to be attending one on Monday and I would like to get an idea of the question that they will be asking? Thanks keep up the good work
I didn't go for an interview mate, I made direct contact with the college I went to. I am sure they will just ask you about where in the US you'd like to attend, what division, finances etc. It's not so much an interview to determine whether they accept you, they pretty much offer everyone a place when it comes to scholarship agencies. Hello 7mlc im 13 years old, and i have a question, does it matter what ball size you've been training with? Can i train with a size 4 or 3
It doesn't matter too much mate. But it is always good to get used to a size 5 ball as you will have to use it eventually.
Could you do a video for defence, I'm a left back and don't see much videos for defensive players ?

I don't think there are limitations. You can always improve.
