@@jjbirden88 Yeah, today was my first day using it! I did about 18 minutes. The first two minutes were just learning the machine. Then I did intervals of 60 seconds working and 30 seconds rest and breathing my lungs off! LOL! It was great; I can't wait to use it again tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm not completely sure that the computer worked properly. It reset to zero between every interval, and I wasn't able to set my weight at the beginning.
Foot placement is important. I was experiencing some foot pain due to not placing ball of foot on the run each step. If you use your arch you may experience pain afterwards.
Touching the red button did NOT turn on the computer. What do you think the problem is? Also, I did intervals on this machine, and every 60 seconds when I stepped off it for 30 seconds, the computer reset. Is it supposed to do this, or is there an interval of time that the computer should be holding onto my data? It was a KICK BUTT workout!! I did about 18 minutes. 2 minute warmup, and 16 minutes of intervals, mostly 60 work/30 rest, BUT some were 30 work/30 rest, and one was 60 work/60 rest. THIS is a fabulous machine! (I don't know how many feet I climbed because I have to go through my video and add up all the intervals, as it reset every time.) Oh, and what do the initial display of 150 and L65 mean?
Answering my own questions: One, the problem is that the internal battery needs a charge. The charger is misplaced, so I supplied them with some to choose from and they'll have their tech look at it when he comes in for his weekly visit. Two, hopefully the charger solves the issue of the display disappearing immediately upon stopping. Three, the initial display is the default setting of 150 Lbs (not L65).
Use this today at the new Lifetime fitness gym I joined. It kicked my butt!
How many minutes
@@ABABABABABABABABABABABABAB Not very long; it was brutal. I went 15 minutes but I was taking rests inbetween
