I have one of this mashers. Here's a tip for anyone who's suffered the cleaning of this effective tool. Spray it with cooking spray or olive oil before using it to mash anything. It makes cleaning all those crevices a lot easier.

I love that you grate your cheese, the store bought grated cheese has a powdered coating to keep it from sticking. Also, I had a great idea of putting mini hashbrowns into egg rolls, saving time with no need to cut up the fries.

made these the other day for a college football party to celebrate the college football game releasing! They were badass! I used olive oil spray on the air fryer pan and on the egg rolls themselves for an extra cruch. I also added the burger sauce lol much props AB!

I loved the idea of this and though I was a little worried I couldn’t pull it off the first few weren’t pretty but the results were awesome and now by popular demand it’s got a spot in the dinner rotation. Someone should open a restaurant where all they sell are things wrapped in egg rolls filled with sandwich fixings of Reubens, Monte Cristo’s, Philly cheesesteaks, Pizza toppings and desserts Apple pie, Pumpkin pie you name it. This recipe was great and the entire family thanks you for it.

made them from another site and omg they were soooo gooood but i added ketchup and mustard together then added it to the mixture and cut up dill pickles and tasted just like a cheeseburger ......dipping sauce what ever the person likes ,,,,ranch,,,,,blu cheese,,,fry sauce ,,,its alll gooood ,,,,,im gonna make his version of cheeseburger egg rolls,,,,in the air fryer easy cleanup and make enuff for my co workers for lunch........thank you

Appreciate your videos Unc AB !! For my liking I just want to share that I would use diced onions, bellpeppers, and tomatoes. And can't forget the cheese
First let me say I'm one of the new ones not too new I'm a few months old. First I want to see you're a great cook very homestyle very friendly very easy distance to cook period and absolutely awesome I'm going to do this egg roll one I love making Asian food to begin with I'm very good at making stir fries as well as making sushi so I am going to do this and I also going to make a taco version. Where I'm going to make this with Ortega taco seasoning and I'm going to put onions cheese in them and then sided with lettuce black olives sour cream and more cheese on the side as well as bean dip on the bottom and serve it up that way too
