- A little late but I had such a great time at Katsucon, it was so nice spending time with friends and getting to meet so many new ones! I've been taking it a little easier on cosplay since I spend all day Saturday judging the masquerade but I did get two new ones done for this con! I am so proud of my faerie umbreon cosplay (designed by _sunsetdragon_!) annnd I made an armor costume that I'm not super proud of but it got done and thats all that matters lol. I hope if you were there you also had a good con!!

Listening to these cosplayer nervously describing their epic work during prejudging has me so inspired! I want to compete but I’m so nervous in these situations, but everyone did so well
i'm missing sakuracon this year for a wedding (SO sad) so this was perfect timing and so well edited! you guys managed to pack so much fun stuff in one weekend - beautiful cosplays, lots of shopping, and LOTS of good food, too, which i have to admit i consider essential to an immersive weekend ;;

Your cosplays looked so cool! And I'm always so impressed by your makeup skills. That's probably my weakest skill aside from wig styling. Looks like you had fun with friends!
AHHHHH it was so cool to see the BTS of the masquerade pre-judging, you worked so hard while you were away!! Eventually I’ll get my vlog up and you can see what you missed on our end (it wasn’t a lot, I promise)
I'm not sure I will ever be able to enter any type of contest, but I sincerely respect and salute everyone who does.

This makes me so excited for con. I'm going to Sakura con next/next weekend. So un prepared, I haven't done anything. But I kind of gave up on making a new cosplay for this one. I'll aim for the next con. My space is just in dire need for re-org before I can really get into crafting again.
Your Umbreon and armored ChibiMoon/Dark Lady cosplays were amazing! (as usual). The way you do your hair (wigs) and makeup for each cosplay compliments each outfit so well. I am always so impressed with your work.
