The corn starch and baking powder is a wonderful trick to make you think your eating real fried chicken wings! I’ve done this on the Green Egg and it’s a game changer.

Hello there. I did try myself on GMG and turned out fine. The only thing I learned on my own, next time I will turn the wings after 30 minutes to come out equally crispy. I thank you for your videos like always ❤
