There's a competitive respect between Malcolm and Heath, plus they work with each other so well to bring all of us some lip smacking awesomeness! Thank you Heath and a shout out to your buddy! I never miss anything from you or Malcolm!

Wings are my favorite thing to grill and eat hands down. These look next level. Loved the video as always.

I’m watching this video while my wife is playing on Facebook across the room when she pipes in “mmm, those sound great.” Guess I’ll be making these soon. 😎

The corn starch and baking powder is a wonderful trick to make you think your eating real fried chicken wings! I’ve done this on the Green Egg and it’s a game changer.

Thanks for the video Heath, went ahead and purchased your rubs and sauces too. Tried them tonight, they came out overcooked and dry. I may only do 45 min next time. I haven’t perfected my Traeger either. Way too many hotspots on the edges.

Hello there. I did try myself on GMG and turned out fine. The only thing I learned on my own, next time I will turn the wings after 30 minutes to come out equally crispy.
I thank you for your videos like always ❤
