I wrote a song like that in high school. Maybe it was KIND OF topical in the late 80s, but it's still cliche and laughable.

This is going to be a good one. London- They were the training ground for some big time musicians. London is like a Triple A baseball team and many of their members get called up to the big leagues.

Thank you Nadir for taking care of Lizzie towards the end. I was lucky enough to play with Lizzie from 2001-2003 with an Alice Cooper tribute and Spiders & Snakes. He is criminally underrated as a songwriter/singer/guitarist, I wish the world could know what we know about Lizzie. I loved that guy.

Nadir is a family friend and I love to hear his stories. Couldn't catch it LIVE, but I'm watching!...Got to meet Lizzie one night on Sunset when he was playing an acoustic set with Tim and Spiders and Snakes. Awesome dude, as is Nadir. Both are Hollywood legends in my book. Hung with Nadir and Krigger a few years back. Shared lots of stories!!!... Thank you Jason for this interview. Love Nadir! RIP Lizzie! 🤘🦇🕷♠️ -J.s.

This was an amazing interview. I can never get enough of the stories and interviews from the guys that played the strip and speak of those times. Any hard rock person worth their salt knows of London and their history….so great. Would love for you to do another one with him and talk about some of the times on the strip, some of the bands they knew and did stuff with. If Nadir knew the other people or bands that were in the Decline (the unsigned bands/people).
    Great job, Jason!

Boardwalk Records was the infamous & legendary Neil Bogart’s follow up label- after Polygram bought Casablanca Records & pulled the plug on Neil’s disco spending.
*Night Ranger’s debut “Dawn Patrol” was one of the last releases b/4 Boardwalk went under & they moved to Camel/MCA….

Was hoping to catch this earlier. Totally been waiting for this one! He said something really cool and humble in an older video/ interview. They asked him if he was bitter and whatnot about how things turned out for London. He replied no and went on to explain that that was the hand that he was dealt. Can't change the past. London had some awesome songs though.

Wow, it's nice when the interview flows. that's how a good interview should be. Unless you were growing up in those years and following rock music, everything made sense. Love it that Nadir is able to remember names and time lapse of the history of London and the music scene of that time. Bet Nadir has stories to tell, The Stones? Wow. Nadir, you need to write your autobiography already. Good job Jason and continuethe good work..

I missed this yesterday but I got all day to hear it now. You have the guests on that we really want. I love that you cover bands that weren’t as popular as your A list bands. These are the bands I like the most! Btw when you compile your list of bands that should’ve had more recognition don’t forget Malice, Icon, Shok Paris, and Hellion. I see Leatherwolf made your list last week. 😂

Hey Jason, I am a new viewer and got turned on to your channel when a friend mentioned there was a new Nadir interview online so I seeked it out. I am a friend of his and that being the case there were still some things even I didn't know about his story. I've watched a few of your interviews now, mainly people who's paths I've crossed at some point during my days playing in bands in the 80's. Truth is there are a million interviews with superstars and unlike those you have some more obscure guests so its fascinating hearing their amazing stories that many may not know. . Thnx for making these great stories accessible - My rock-n-roll 1980's story is like many (most unfortunately) but the thing I noticed is you did a piece on The Bonnie & Clyde Car - as a car guy I loved it! If you are ever interested in more car interviews/videos that's something I can access. I either own it or can find it in many cases . . . I have an original tv used General Lee which is a really interesting and a popular car/subject - Anyway brotha . . . love the interviews , , as i watch more I'll check in with you!

Hi Jason, I immediately thought back in '92 when Vince was fired or quit Mötley, Nadir would've been the perfect guy to replace him....of course they had a different agenda & wanted to change everything, so I can understand why they went with Corabi....but I think Nadir would've retained the Sunset Strip roots & brought them forward as well....oh well, 1 of the many "what if?"s.
