i am currently working on a AI diet assistant, the thing is no matter how much you train the model, you can not train it to respond to you on your specific conditions perfectly, like let's say you have diabetis and renal problems. If you just go and ask for a good diet without specifying your specific medical condition it could even be fatal. Don't take the short road, go ahead and meet a proper dietician. There is a reason why they are trained in school for multiple years, but for simpler cases like weight loss, i guess you can trust your simple chatgpt
