    Me my self I started doing calisthenics because I didn't have money to afford a gym membership. Now been doing them for a year and half and my physic changed really well. Never regretted doing Calis

    For 30days thats unbelivable progress 😁 before u did 2 pull ups with kinda ok form but after u were able to do 7 with really perfect form, probably 80% people in the gym wouldnt be able to do 😁 if ur including calistenics in your next training maybe check out the dragon flag, its kinda fundamental exercise for all the calistenics exercises 💪 good job 😁

    Weight training for lower body and calisthenics/weighted calisthenics for upper body promoted the best gains I've ever had personally.

    Back problems…get an inversion table…not very expensive if you purchase one from somewhere like , “ Do It Again Sports( used athletic gear). I ran a hammer drill for 11 years over my head. My back suffered the damage of 11 years abuse. Taking glucosamine,chondroitin,and MSM supplements are absolutely necessary if your going to live an athletic life. Maybe throw in some collagen supplement. Please believe me . I come from a wrestling and tough construction background. I only wish someone had given me this advise 30 years ago.

    Maybe tour expectations were too high. The muscle up and the human flag are tough ones. Also, a recomendation, try the dips on parallel bars, on rings are way much harder. For example, i started dips on rings when i already could do 30+ dips on the parallels and i could barely do 7 ring dips. No need to wait until that number obviously xD
    For the muscle up, try to do at least 12 pull ups with good form first. And also you should easily execute a pull up to the sternum... i mean those i would say are just general marks... good work!

      Try doing his deep squat 30 minutes in 30 days + the 7 minutes hanging challenges. You can find them easily by googling them :)

    I barely even do 20 pushups but then again, I put my chest to the floor.. Don't stop half-way down? 1 good push-up is worth 10 bad ones
