I think something else you could do is also take what ingredients you have in your home and ask ChatGPT to make a meal from them. That way you also save on leftover ingredients etc.
They have healthy meal kits you can do like Hello Fresh. Look for low carb breads and tortillas. 1800 calories is really low especially if you’re working out!

I actually think thats kinda crazy how AI was kinda able to give out a meal plan as well as groceries, I'm glad there was a learning curve here that made cooking as a mama easier for you xD
