I think you have the right idea. ChatGPT will be your secretary. ChatGPT will be the entry form that people fill out and express their individual needs through. ChatGPT will be the office worker that adjust a mealplan sideways swapping for variety and favor. Balancing the intake spreadsheet.
ChatGPT will be the adaptive personal assistant that will act as an adaptive foodplan users ("Oh you had THIS for breakfast. I have adjusted your snack and lunch accordingly").
ChatGPT will allow you as a professional to offer quality personal service to over 1200 users instead of 29.

Exactly!! I think it will help professionals do their job better, but I don’t think it will ever replace them. You still need that human touch when it comes to any profession, especially healthcare!

Since filming this video - I've seen a lot of news headlines about companies laying off employees in the health field for AI.
I want to be clear - I believe AI can HELP people... but I do not think AI is meant to REPLACE people. AI will never replace the compassion, empathy and humanness that you get from connecting with a human Dietitian Nutritionist, coach, or health care worker. You absolutely have the autonomy to decide what companies you support - but I encourage you to prioritize spending your dollars with companies who value human connection over maximizing profit by replacing people with AI. (Okay, rant done!)
I'd love to know your own thoughts in the comments below! What are your thoughts and opinions on AI? Is it for the greater good? Or do you see big picture challenges with this type of technology?

I remember a university putting out all their lectures for free. People asked why they were doing this when these lectures obviously both had a value and if they weren't effectively putting themselves out of business.
The university replied: "Ignorance was never our business. Knowledge is". A professor would be thrilled if these lectures were already known at the start of the semester, because then they could go right to "the really interesting stuff".
So, there may be positions that become redundant with ChatGPT. But it's also true that people aren't physical therapists or certified dieticians.
Computers also made some people redundant, but it created a lot more jobs.
With the entry of general AI, jobs will change because what people need to know has also changed. The knowledge gap is no longer across the same river.

Can it be used to guesstimate calories and macros for a meal you give it?

I bet you could!! I'm sure there's some limitations for certain things, but it's pretty darn good at stuff like that! ✌️
