I understand where he is coming from but not alot of Sucralose is in Celsius to begin with. Its one of the last ingredients in the actual can. Also if you drink a Celsius with food yes it can spike your insulin levels. However, just dont drink it with food. In addition, theirs a lot of studies over a 100 on sucralose and how it is safe to drink.

I don't absorb well after living undiagnosed for 29 years so carnivore and keto aren't sustainable for me. I always reccomended them to people who have trouble losing weight though. We haven't eaten vegetables in a year and a half short of spices.

This isn’t really helpful for most people. Whilst artificial sweeteners aren’t great for your gut they are miles better than sugar because you consume so much less. When most people are overweight or obese I think it’s better to encourage people to switch to diet drinks over full sugar drinks because the data shows they are much better for losing weight. Lot of pseudo-science here. Sucralose has been around for over four decades so if it caused long-term problems in humans there would be real evidence. I love Celsius and drink coffee daily. I also work out and eat a healthy diet. Truth is rather than try to remove things from your diet and your life, which is what people commonly do, make sure you're getting the calories you need and exercise regularly to stay in shape. @@michaeldavis812 although the sugars found in fruits are healthier compared to refined white sugar, it still will cause an insulin reaction. Drinking too much of it will cause blood sugar issues. The other part is that when juicing, you're getting rid of the fiber that mainly comes from the skin of the fruits. That fiber, when eaten along with fruit normally, helps counteract the sugar that comes from fruits naturally. The skin also hosts a good amount of the vitamins and minerals as well.
