      @@nikilragav I can't answer that question for trendnwin's store specifically, but that's absolutely a huge part of their target market. It's a well-known fact that drinks like monster and redbull are horrible for your health, but Celsius is being viewed as the total opposite. So many health-conscious consumers are picking Celsius off the shelves at random because of their health-driven claims who would otherwise never touch an energy drink. Additionally, as the video said, the marketing for many other energy drink brands has been traditionally hyper-masculine, whereas Celsius appears friendly to all consumers. That's a huge lost demographic for Celsius' competitors that Celsius has near total market control over. The only other brand I can think of targeting the female consumers is Alani!

      Incredible line. Analyzes Celsius perfectly imo. Being advertised as healthy is why it's so successful, but as people recognize sucrose is no better than sugar (and the obvious negatives of such large amounts of caffeine) they'll quickly switch their opinions. Still, it's addictive as hell! So hard to call what will actually happen.

    It’s pretty rich to call it international. They just recently announced distribution deals in Canada and the UK, the common first steps because they’re both English speaking. In the UK it’s still only available on Amazon or through international grocers, so an import. Any actual distribution hasn’t started yet.

  • @danieldiasgranados2311
    @danieldiasgranados2311 7 месяцев назад +4

    I was very critical of celsius for years, it always just felt like an energy drink made for florida fitness junkies, had one a few months ago and now i'm hooked. it has just the right energy level for something below a pre-workout drink but something above an average energy drink and i think the sugar free/sugar alcohols still make the risk v reward worth it imo+ the flavor range is crazy. I think it helps that the basic product (outside of HEAT) is kind of the perfect can/oz. size as I do think consumers are shifting away from drinking large loads of energy drinks and looking at options with less (kind like coke making the mini cans etc) - lots of other competitors are following the trend too like Alani Nu and even some elements of Prime too, the 200mg wave is kind of crazy.

  • @bsheaves
    @bsheaves 7 месяцев назад +6

    I was a big redbull drinker for a long time and then I tried a Celsius. Since I have ADHD and ASD, this shit hits like cocaine for me. It’s fuckin great. Full disclosure I don’t drink one every day, I work rotating 12 hour shifts, so waking up at 4 to be a work by 6 is rough when you’re naturally a night owl. But once the Celsius is down the hatch after I clock in, I feel like my life force has been rejuvenated. If I actually fell asleep before 10 the previous night they make me feel like Superman. That is probably because of the b vitamins and chromium. I don’t recommend these to people unless they regularly drink energy drinks already because of the caffeine content. If you’re not used to that much caffeine at once you’ll buzz like a top.

      - Monster doesn’t own Celsius Holdings - and neither does Coke, for the record. In fact, Pepsi is the closest to “owning” Celsius, with 8.5% ownership.
      - Coke owns around 17% of Monster.
      - Executives change companies all the time. In this case, he was likely chosen for his experience in the beverage industry.
      - Why would a small distributor drop Monster for a less popular brand? Maybe this is true, but it seems questionable.

    A huge mispresentation in the video and thumbnail is that Celsius was almost bankrupt. They never had a bankrupcty filling and of course they had tough times but the video represents like celsius only grew in the last years. Celsius had a revenue growth of 20-30% p.a from 2012-2019 and the stock went up x18. Which is a crazy performance.
    Just as a reminder Apples growth from Jan.2012 till today was x18 times. So in hindsight Celsius was a great company which got crushed in his early years after IPO but had a great growth since 2012.
