That doesn't sound healthy at all. Stop making so much waste with bottled water and get a thermos instead. Get a water filter pitcher, like a Brita for fresh filtered water. I really enjoy Celsius drinks, with Grape and Wild Berry being my go-to flavors. I limit myself to one a day, as I prefer to avoid potential long-term negative effects from overconsumption. Before I drink one in the morning, I make sure I’m fully hydrated with water first, which helps me justify having it. Great review!
I enjoy these and drink two, maybe three a day. Usually, throughout the day, a number of hours apart, very cold. I am on a no sugar, keto-ish diet and go to the gym regularly. Until something better comes along Celcius with be part of my go-to.
No problems with your guts? I tried my first one today, like it so much I had another in the afternoon since I worked late. I’m looking for a replacement for coffee throughout the day
3 is too much, please be careful, you need to reset your caffeine tolerance, go a week with low caffine consumption like green tea and stick to at most 1-2 a day a week after.
I tried one today and no side effects at all. I was not jittery, I felt good and had a good workout. All in all not too bad, I will buy more! One thing you didn’t mention is the green tea extract. That is pretty good stuff! All in all people dont be afraid of sugar substitutes. Diabetes will kills you. Sugar substitutes will not. I read that it would take like 42 cans of diet coke to impact you.
I've been drinking Celsius for about 2 years now replacing soda & ice tea daily & lost on average 35 lbs. Tho after getting covid then long covid nothing at all gives me any energy! I'm taking vitamin D with K2, B vitamins & magnesium trionate @ night & using my CPAP, thyroid levels ok, will soon be checking my testosterone levels. Great info on your other videos Dr!
I have one a day with my lunch, only on work days. I'm a firm believer of everything in moderation. Sometimes if I get a hangover because my alcohol consumption becomes more than moderate, I might have one with breakfast too. That generally only happens 2 or 3 Saturdays a month, and maybe a Sunday here and there.
I switched to Red Bull no sugar a while ago from Celsius, I had one last week and had a headache don’t know if it’s related. I’m trying to stay away from caffeine like energy drinks and switching to tea or taking naps instead, I still have Red Bulls no sugar just had one today but I’m trying to consume less and drink more water but it hits different.

I never crashed after these, but I didn't get the energy boost I wanted. The best way to describe the energy is you worked 6 night shifts and basically falling asleep at red lights. Once you get home and can't go to sleep, that's how celcius feels to me. 2nd wind and now you just riding it out with sunglasses on waiting for the let down again.

I would only be concerned if you are seriously chugging these down. If you have one sporadically every now and then, perhaps once or twice a month it's not going to cause reckless harm. People ingest other items into their bodies on a daily basis which probably does more damage to them
