      Careful about going out into the 🌞 UNPROTECTED, and not wearing sunscreen. You are fairer-skinned dudes, and although sun damage will not show up until your middle-age, when it does ... it will be a right mind-blower, trust! It did to me, Mate. It did to me.

    You got me started with my morning routine about a month ago 😌. Now it consists of the following:
    1. Glass of water
    2. Prayer
    3. Read my bible
    4. Meditation
    5. Yoga
    6. Write down one thing that I’m grateful for

      And many masters live in slums, cities etc etc as the outer is not relevant. Many of them are very unattractive and most don’t want to be known or seen. These are the pinnacle but you have to look.

    4. Exercise Gratituity (be greatful for the little things) / Close your eyes and feel if anything hurts in your body .
    5. Meditation (Relax and Focus on your Breath)
    6. Swim in the Ocean (or just do a nice cold shower)
    7. ICE Bath
    8. chill Music
    9. Bullet Coffee
    10 .Yoga
    11. Light Reading

    I work a lot with cognitive behavior therapy for my mental health, and all three of you guys truly practice so many of the concepts. Provides me with inspiration for myself. Treating our bodies well and loving life is truly all its about, and you guys do a truly amazing job of showcasing that in a manner that is not pretentious or disinegenuous.     When I wake up I wash my face with cold water and organic soap. Then I put a table spoon of coconut oil in my mouth and let there for 5min. Then I will make my coffee with turmuric and black pepper and coconut oil. I wash my teeth and drink half a liter of warm water with lemon. Finaly I will drink my coffee in the sun. When I finish the coffee I do a surya namaskar and stretch my all body. In the end I smile for gratittude ✨✨✨🤙🏽 Aloha from Portugal

    My mantra this morning: I am grateful for my health, and speed, and strength; I am grateful to live in California where I can run in the mountains and swim in the ocean in the same morning; I am grateful for the Smith Brothers for constantly inspiring me and reminding me of the way I want to live my life.

    Loved the video Travis, always love watching other people’s morning routines. Water and coffee are a huge part of my morning, sitting in the garden in the sun with the animals, spending some time catching up with my mom, and then doing a daily devotional, perfect start to my day. Before getting into the often messy task of texts, emails and social media. Have to ground yourself inwardly before stepping into that outside stuff.

    It's not just your routine and how you do it, it is everything you are doing in that time.. talking about manifestation and gratefulness is what I love. Being thankful is something I sometimes lack.. and being aware of my own being. I'm glad I came across this video to start back where I lost myself. ✌️😁

    Cool video. I've been searching for a good morning routine for the past few months and I find this very inspiring.
    My morning routine for the past months has been:
    1. get up at a little before 6 or 6 o clock (during work days, during holidays get up between 7:30 and 8 AM)
    2. Meditate (I love to use the Headspace application for inspiration on meditation methods and to help get me that little bit extra self-awareness during the day)
    3. Yoga (Usually start up doing the Sun Salutation and then 1 or 2 random stretches)
    4. EAT!! (Oats, peanutbutter, raisins and an apple)
    5. Coffee, either double or tripple espresso does the trick for me and then just drink Ginger tea for the rest of the day.
    6. Workout at the gym
    7. Go to the sauna in my gym.
    8. I'm as fresh as could be then.
    I just finished reading "The Suble Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson". I know it sounds like a bit of a negative vibe, but it's actually a really interesting book with counterintuitive approaches to life. Right now I just started reading "In The Buddha's Words by Bikkhu Bodhi" with a foreword by the Dalai Lama, which is reallly interesting!)

    For my morning routine, it also changes alot:
    ~ I like to sleep until I feel well rested
    ~ Lemon water to start, ideally 16 oz
    ~ I 'pray' and ask my Higher Self to fill my body, my cells, and my chakras, also call on the Archangels and Ascended Masters for guidance
    ~ I try not to check messages from my friends but sometimes I do
    ~ Right now... Wim Hoff breathwork and a cold shower the last couple days
    ~ A meditation if Im feeling it
    ~ Or Ill go to the ocean / forest by my house
    ~ Ideally movement.. walk / dance / kundalini yoga
    It changes everyday, Id like to be a bit more strict with it because it does really set the vibe for my day

    My 6 and 2 year old boys love this video! Super inspiring. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful encryption with the world! One thing I love to do every morning before getting dressed is to skin brush. It's a great way to say hello to myself. I also add a Molecular Hydrogen to my morning drinking water.

    Very inspirational. You know it’s easy to become distracted and watching videos like these really helps you remember to get back into the vibe and groove. I love that no phone! What a great practice! However number 1 take away and what can be done every single day no excuses at all is to be grateful! I love to start my mornings doing that and also stretching while listening to calming nature scapes.

    It's going to be hard for the masses to identify with the surfing aspect, as cool as it is, but the whole wellness theme is what a lot of people are going to identify with. If you want to reach the masses, just be conscious of they want. You are living the life that most people dream of, especially the aspects of free time, self optimization, and health. Your market is the health and wellness market. As you can see with what Laird is doing, he is trying to market these same things.

    As a former Waikiki Beachboy now retired and living on Big Island. I start my morning with grinding several bananas followed by good cup of coffee. I then take four caps of dried Moranga leaves, chlorella caps, lion mane mushroom extract, & Hawaiian Spirulina. This routine is done daily.. I also do bullet coffee later in the day.

    Lovely video. Thanks. Great spot. I like to follow the Medical Medium protocol. Lemon in water first up then half hour later 16 or 32 oz fresh cold pressed CELERY JUICE can’t recommend that enough. Soooo good , then the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie, sounds yuk but is super yum, wild blueberries, bananas, orange, spirulina, barley grass powder, bunch of Coriander ... Great to see a young person expanding their mind and spirit just brilliant- much love from Australia. PS keep up the vids.please 🙏🏻🇦🇺💐✨💝🤗

    Well I wish I had time to do all that before I start working. But my morning routine.. when not working and rushing.. is I wake up early around 9 am.. drink at least 1L of water then I do a workout that can take either 20 or 1 hour. I have my breakfast and I start the day. Reading I prefer in the evening. Meditating I also do before bed. Sending love to you all.. great video Travis. Thank you!!! 💜

    Thank u cutie pie! I'm a 51 year old special education teacher. For the record, I am NOT attracted to u, that would be creepy as you're far too young for me, I like older men, lol...but what I love about you guys is the message you send to our youth, the kids I teach!     Love that , if you want peace you need less distraction or distractions equal less peace, try this book Grow a New Body by Alberto Villoldo, as far as morning when i wake up I do a full body chakra grounding, cleanse and protection. then up for breakfast, usually cereal with fruit, herbal tea and a bagel, I try to do one or two nature walks a day for an hour 10 min or more if two. I think this youtube is better than the modeling gig lol we get to see all of you and chat in 3D

    I am very inspired how you live your life. I sleep in too much.I meditate, do some light exercise and rush to work. this is not how I want to be but I enjoy sleeping in. I know I want to get up early and make time to surf before anything I do. so tomorrow I wake up lot earlier and go surfing because I promised my friend. I want to live like that everyday.

    This video was very inspiring! Helped me realize all the distractions that I fall into in the mornings. One thing that I always try to do each morning, is a workout! Definitely helps me get in the right mindset for the rest of my day 🌞👍🏻

    Yo trav! I like to wake up before the sun (3:30), when it’s still pitch black. I feel that cold hardness on myself, like I’m a proper hustler, and get such a good pump, go on a run in the dark- fight some fears first thing! Thanks for another great vid!

    ahh what a beautiful soul he is, what a sublime world this would be if all worked towards self-improvement with such conscientiousness. I just finished that book by Chopra, I really recommend the book Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.

    Hey dude. Beautiful vlog. I subbed and liked immediately. Ive started a new routine recently. I’ll share. Rise with the sun, make my coffee and feed my dog. Then my dog knows its lap time and he joins me on my lap and snuggles up for around 30 mins while i slowly drink my coffee and look out the window at my beautiful sea view. After coffee i walk my dog around the local field and then I engage in a creative activity, like painting or making music, for around two hours. After this i make breakfast and then do yoga for 30 mins. Then I’m ready to start work on whatever my project for the day is. I also avoid looking at my phone or any social media until I start the day.

    I've tried filling my freezer with water to do this, but the door is on the front, so the water won't stay in long enough. Darn it!
