That’s pretty much how it works. They are mostly sponsor houses so if you develop a relationship they allow you to hang. Pipeline over everything

Is the owl mug from Sunrise Shack? I like it. Billy is indestructible. Live life to the fullest. In the day we had the European health spa. Gym pool dry sauna steam room hottub and ice bath. Used to do the rounds. Sweet relaxation like a wet noodle.🐬🌞

@@itskoasmith the hottub was 110 (before that became illegal) and the ice bath was ice. Pound your chest. Back and forth usually half hour. Yeaahh. The Russian guy used to hang out in the ice awhile even under water. Grew up in Syberia. Used to say "VE DRINK A LOTTA VODKA VE DON'T NOTICE." He was so strong like a rock and killing bench press.
Maybe I could just dunk into my rain barrel, then straight into my hot bathtub. 😃 We've had so much rain in SoCali this year! It's bonkers! Lovin' it, but my broken bones do NOT.

Unmatched vibes 🤙🏼 if you’re wondering why the footage in your vlog camera looks so grey, it’s because you’re shooting in LOG. Unless you want to spend time color grading, then just change the picture profile to REC 709 in the camera settings. That should keep the colors looking closer to the GoPro footage. Hope this helps!

At what temperature is your ice bath set and for how long are you in it?
The @coldpluge hangs around 45 degrees Fahrenheit. But the water is circulating so you don’t get any warm pockets which makes it feel a lot colder. 😝❤️🔥
