Really enjoyed this. And particularly appreciated Alex's answer about staying positive--there was a lot of depth in what he said. I'd be interested to know at a deeper level what life is about for you, what you value. Obviously being positive, but what else? Is it being more about love? Is it learning? Is it service? Is it joy? I'm also curious from Travis what the experience of modeling was like. That world seems so radically different from where you are now. I know I've lived many lives this time around, and it wasn't always clear to me how I got from one way of being to another. Anyway, keep up the great work, the vibes and beauty of your channel are appreciated. Oh, and that is an awesome/powerful tattoo!

Love you guys talking about feeling sluggish and especially when Koa talked about being stuck in the mud. I think that's what a lot of people with mild depression to depression feel on the day to day. And you guys really pinpointed it organically which is, that exercise gets your hormones out, those fundamental neurotransmitters out that can get your "body cranking" like you wish it too, and make sure to whip you out of the state you woke up in whether it be feeling low, lethargic, or sluggish. Loved this. thank you

Surrounding yourself with positive, like-minded people is huge. Not saying you can’t do it alone, because you absolutely can, but both positive and negative, are very contagious. I have both types of people in my life, and it’s crazy how I can feel myself being drawn to both ends of the spectrum. Embracing it when positive and fighting it when negative.

Trav is so right about mold . i had a chronic mold infection from mold in my house and me being 14 and having a high sugar diet, that caused it to grow inside of me, causing many crazy symptoms and side effects to make me bed sick for a year being told i had mono , to then fibromyalgia , which is a brain and nerve condition for joint pain. i was told i would never be able to skate again . I have extremely passionate about skating since i was 8, and this broke me down. i then researched and researched , after testing negative for all diseases, i came across an anti-mold , anti-fungal diet that eliminated all sugar, starch, corn, or any carbohydrate of any kind and only consisting of grass fed meats, low starch vegetables, and certain nuts. the symptoms faded away drastically after two months of the diet. i now at perfect health and have taken a serious different perspective on all foods and sources

wow it feels like you're all so wise life experienced and earthed. The way you talk is so calming and I know that it's real and full of honesty I could listen to your conversations forever. I'm so sad that I didn't grow up in Hawaii or somewhere at the ocean. Where I am the ocean is far away and it hurts to surf only once a year and especially seeing how people near be can't feel this deep connection to the ocean like I do they just don't understand it... It's so hard to know I can't just move to Hawaii I'm not even 18... but watching your videos gives me at least some hope and positivity✨🌊💙
I love you guys, you make a difference! I live vicariously through you in another life maybe. My Dad moved my Mom back to the mainland when she was 8 mos pregnant, (dumb lol) except for my middle hawaiin name and feeling a sense of true bliss and belonging when I'm their - I miss and think about it everyday. Here's my opinion G-Eazy ...geezus......that always goes back to what you eat you are what you eat not maybe bigger Bros fasting not at all just so much the fasting but how about the vegetables he talked about ?? And his thoughts on your body will tell you when you eat if it was the right decision or not within the first one or two hours make sense ?? I think that's the key for we are made from the dust of the earth and when we die and pass on we go back to the dust of the earth........ while we're here we must maintain our self with that which comes from the earth which goes back to a simple principle if it's made by God it's good if it's made by man it's usually a big mistake capiche? These dudes are awesome their relationship is beautiful this whole thing is amazing that this Dynamic of family and all the things that come with it but I will say is a Christian that makes me sad that they're into things like Tony Robbins and quote your Al makua ....... too bad they're not just like they are with one big sprinkle on top and that is Jesus!!! can you guys explain how bullet coffee works and kind of the science behind it and if its bad in any context some time? Thanks, you guys always have such good vibes!!!
The fats contained in a bullet coffee are brain fats and mixing enhances the mental focus and increase of the caffeine with the brain fats that buy themselves would make you feel awake and alert and positive.
Naomi definitely going to finding out what it is with the coffee and the creamers the almond butter excetera and on top of it if you want extra sprinkles check out Laird Hamilton he does the same thing good quality coffee with healthy fats and creamers and such in his coffee and he doesn't even eat lunch till 1 and has no breakfast just his coffee good fat combined with the right nutrients to start your day
My kids laugh at me my beautiful two boys but I say it all the time your body will tell you what it wants if you listen pay attention it'll tell you what you're lacking it'll tell you when it's down it'll tell you when it's sluggish about a bang but a bang but a bang

7:00 dude everyone complains about the military and I think it would be totally different type of feel for the military if they never had any and then we're given the military on Oahu because dude Hawaii is such a sweet spot in the middle of the Pacific and is super vulnerable and is the US didn't inhabit and take over the island then Japan or China definitely would have and you definitely would not have want to been controlled by either two of those countries especially china! But even Japan even though we think they're awesome now were some pretty gnarly people back in the day and if they had control of the island for the past hundred years it would be even more overdeveloped than it is now and probably on almost all the islands and not just one. I am not pro-military or war neither was I ever in the military and I actually used to be against the military considering I grew up with a father who was a Marine but the more I've learned about the world and the motives of some of the leaders of the world's countries I've learned to understand that we are pretty damn blessed and that China has nothing but bad intentions for the world and its people who live in China. Sometimes being grateful is noticing the things that may annoy you and try to find something good out of them even though Oahu doesn't need five military bases it's still shows other countries not to f*** with them not even a little bit or to even take a chance

Yeah good food is definitely up Seattle's hippies alleys but also so is violent protests and creating a city called Chaz that was supposed to be the opposite of what president Trump did and they ended up creating a city that had a more violent police force with multiple deaths within a few weeks span as well as more border walls than ours at Mexico that monitor everybody coming in and out and also demanded free food and drink from businesses that provide beautiful services to people and they were harassed to do so. You guys got it all f***** up up there and this is coming from a dude who grew up living a super gnarly hippie life going to Ayahuasca ceremonies and peyote ceremonies and delving deep into self-discovery from a early teen up till now
