The botox recommendation for 25 year olds is wild. Because it can cause facial shaging apparently, which is also unwanted. I tjink that part of your advice so change to, visit a great plastic surgeon and make a long time road plan on how to deal with wrinkels. So that botox will be used ate the right time, with the right dosises at the roght location. A bit like hairtransplants. You should most likely not get them before 30 or even 35. Because it can negatifly effect your appearnce after your 50s. And most people that will follow your recommendation will have true shot at being a 100. So that should be kept in mind. I think most want to look and be like Roy Vagelos at 94 years old. O yea for men, they should be more aware of TRT to keep you strong and vital. So that you can retain bone density and muscle mass. All this things don't stop aging at a cellualr level. It about looking younger. Caloric restriction and intermittent fasting or fasting can slow aging at the cellular level, reduce fat and sagging skin.

Microneedling should really only be done by a dermatologist and definitely not at home with commercially sold devices. Look up the dangers and why that’s recommended before doing anything at home
I tried microneedling and it was very painful with no obvious change. I would rather spend money on a fractional laser which does the same thing, probably better, with less pain and fewer treatments. For the results I got it ends up being more economical too.
Actually, lots of at home dermarolling evidence. Dr. Abs and Dr. Rajani have specific videos on it and cite papers. Recommended 1.0mm on face, .25mm around eyes. Leads to up to 400% dermal thickness if done 1x a week.
At number 6, the discloure for information is misleading. If you actually read the article, you'll see that that there were 2 groups, the microneedling group, which was the control group and the microneedling + stem cells group. The results you mentioned weren't applicable to the control group.

The avoid the sun thing is no joke. With my mom's friends that are now in their 60s the ones that got a good tan look like the tan lady from "Something About Mary" and the ones that were too pale to tan look about my age(40s)
Sunscreen is great but what is better is a wide brim hat when outdoors. A baseball cap only shades the forehead. Wear one even if it’s cloudy or you are not in direct sunlight. Nothing beats a shade. Some UV will get to your skin even with sunscreen and UV will slowly breakdown sunscreen. Get your car windows tinted because glass only stops UV-B and not UV-A, the one that causes aging. Direct sunlight has the most UV, then the sky, last would be the reflection from everything else. Reflection from water and snow I higher than asphalt, grass etc
Getting your car windows tinted is a great reminder. I keep a powder SPF 50 sunscreen in my car and apply it to my hands when I’m driving longer than like 10 minutes. Having better tinting would be more ideal
@@sihr07sunscreen is cap. Do you think the nature wants to age us faster with sunlight? UVA is only one part of sunlight. A huge spectrum in sunlight is infrared for example which PROTECTS from UVA damage. So you have the counterpart within it

There is a HUGE difference between prescription retinol (often Tretinoin) and what you can buy off a shelf. Go to a dermatologist and get a scrip instead of wasting time and money elsewhere.
Agree with your points, these are fervently discussed in beauty subreddits where thousands of men and women upload their routine as well as comparison photos. Genetics aside, most of them swear by retinoids/tretinoin, spf, have healthy habits like good nutrition and exercise. Only point though, botox/RF therapy(Morpheus8/Thermage/Ultherapy) and fillers(Sculptra) were typically done by users in 30s-40s onwards but they do it in microdoses, as you have highlighted. Though a handful of users in the 20s do undergo these treatments, they are the exception and not the rule. That said, the baseline should be a balanced diet, regular exercise and sunscreen.

Finasteride can be very dangerous, be careful before using it. Here are its most known side effects : Sexual Dysfunction: A well-documented side effect of Finasteride is sexual dysfunction, including decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and reduced ejaculate volume. These effects can persist even after discontinuing the drug in some cases, a condition referred to as post-finasteride syndrome (PFS). Psychological Effects: Some users report depression, anxiety, and cognitive changes. The extent and frequency of these side effects are still under investigation. Long-term Safety: Long-term use of Finasteride has been associated with a slight increase in the risk of high-grade prostate cancer, though it also reduces the overall incidence of prostate cancer by decreasing the occurrence of low-grade tumors.
Haircafe debunked all these myths. Finasteride does have a slight chance of causing side effects. Just like with any medication to that works. The side effects that were found in the initial clinical trials are erectile dysfunction along with lower libido. They occur 2% of men, they go with continue usage and discontinuation. PFS is a fake condition since finasteride has a short half life meaning it washes out of your system quickly. So no it's not "Very dangerous"

do not poke needles into your face, instead do this (in 2 steps); 1. best longevity/anti-age book i ever read was "being and event" by alain badiou. your body and cycle do not exist on a single plane, they exist on a multiplicity of axes. you do not just have the "state" of your being, but also the state of the state of your being. you might go as far as to call this your meta-state, or meta-stasis. it does not so much matter that the "state of your being" be young and youthful and attractive at all times, but more important that your meta-state is always feeling young. what does this even mean? it is not simply about checking boxes, eating bananas and magensium, doing the 225 bench press, all of that stuff. no this does not matter, well it does matter of course, but it is beside the point. the point is to trick the higher order of your being to constantly witness/observe itself as young. you can accomplish this through many ways but the metaphysical aspects are tbh more important than the materially physical aspects. this means yes you need to get fit but you need to FEEL FIT while you are doing it. meaning go grab that nice pair of shoes, adorn the fuckboi necklace, or cowboy hat or whatever the fuck else makes you feel alive.tldr; how you feel about what you are is actually more important than what you actually are. 2. smoke 1 cigarette every day. but just one. you cannot obsess about aging and feeling young. this will accelerate your aging. you do all the things right, and then throw them out the window. this is the final seal to your youthful appearance. you may think i am joking, but i am not.

“I CANT READ” 👮🏻♂️🧑🏿🦱
He mentioned "healthy lifestyle habits" but not specifically low body fat, which is the biggest thing that makes you look older
He did give that disclaimer at the beginning - to say that this video is about everything other than lifestyle habits
Yeah really, all of this matters very little compared to good diet, sleep, rest, and managing stress. I would recommend someone watch Siim Land videos and such for anti aging and see that besides a few supplements there isn't really anything special. Eat clean, natural, organic food whenever possible. Limit alcohol. No steroids. Try to stay away from medications (bandaid effect). Read books and meditate
Summary:
1. Wear SPF daily
2. Take care of your dental health
3. Avoid alcohol
4. Red light therapy
5. Maximise your natural looks
6. Microneedling
7. Use copper pillowcases
8. Use retinol
9. Use botox after first wrikles
10. Prevent hair loss early (laserlight, minoxidil, finasteride)
I think the last 3-4 are useless.
calling retinol useless is actually crazy
You freaking kidding me. Alcohol does make you look old
how is preventing hairloss useless? even if the products did'nt work it's worth the try
you prob look like crap if you think the last 3 are useless
retinol is everything BUT useless it's the only scientifically proven skincare product that reverses wrinkles
A practicing derm said starting microneedling young will often make skin look waxy! In some cases red light will flare up the melasma. I have seen so many stiff botoxed faces, noticeable even from afar! No wrinkles but stiff and scary!😢
man everything has a downside huh
im young but ive been doing microneedling simply because ive had very deep acne scarring that i want to go away and i havent noticed the waxy appearance on my face
@@Ashley-fc7kd A derm said that from experience. I think that true effects accumulate over time too?! And probably it doesn't happen to everybody.🤷

(For men in their 30s and 40s seening thatthe goal is 50s)
@@wertin200 it depends on the person, I'm a few years past 25, never had Botox and don't have any wrinkles yet. But my skin is quite thick. Some people might need it earlier but it would be nonsensical for me to have started at 24 or something. I think I'll probably start using some for my forehead in the next couple of years, though
This is a great list but I disagree with the botox recommendation - the 2006 study this is based on was authored by a "stockholder of and a consultant to Allergan Inc." (botox manufacturer), so combined with the sample size of 2 and no additional information about the twins' lifestyles etc, I'd take this study with a grain of salt. No botox for me! :D
It was good before botox... No 25 year old needs botox man, i feel like this sends such a bad message to kids.
And while i do appreciate your honesty regarding facial attractiveness this is just overkill
You didn't explain why no one needs Botox at 25
@@TwistedLullabies bc u still got ur baby face, because ur a third of the way through ur live, because your brain just finished fully developing??? bc ur still young??
@@TwistedLullabiesThis comment section is filled with people who don’t know their stuff, so I’m not surprised
@@TwistedLullabiesPeople say this because they don’t want to up the bar for attractiveness or can’t afford to do so. If everyone looks 27 at 40 and 30 at 50, but they aren’t consistent, they look worse off.
You’ll also get older people who have come to this later than the youngins chiming in because they feel the gap in attractiveness will be too large between them and young people engage in this.
People just say things with no education. Botox at 25-25 at lower doses prevents wrinkles forming. Can be done once or twice a year. People saying 25 is too young clearly don’t understand what Botox does or how it works but are quick to comment. Sincerely, a esthetician
Sorry, at 2:06, he says to use red light mask 2 times a week, but the text on screen says 5 times a week. Please can you clarify?
Omnilux recommends using their mask 5x a week. I don’t think 2x would be enough
All this things don't stop aging at a cellualr level. It about looking younger. Caloric restriction and intermittent fasting or fasting can slow aging at the cellular level, reduce fat and sagging skin.
That’s not entirely true
@The_MEMEphis It's science. Go do your research monkey.
4:44 the doi and title here are not related to botox use though?
as always, very useful, thank you! would appreciate a video-breakdown on collagen production (nutrition / skincare etc).
The only thing I’m apprehensive about is Botox at 25, I’d personally replace that with facial massages and face taping before considering Botox
R.I.P Alain Delon. The king of PSL gods.

@@xtaylorxboyx it’s an acronym for the 3 main legacy forums where looks > everything was discussed
I follow some of these steps. Personally, I avoid retinol because it irritates my skin. So I prefer to use bakuchiol. Wearing SPF daily definitely makes a difference.
We need a full series excellent work
Microneedling should really only be done by a dermatologist and definitely not at home with commercially sold devices. Look up the dangers and why that’s recommended before doing anything at home
Ya I have heard horror stories about skin scarring and hyper pigmentation from microneedling, even when done by a esthetician.
I was looking for a comment like this! So true, never micro needle at home!
Ive done microneedling at home for about a year using 0.25 and 0.5mm. Very visible improvement of skin quality, im glad I did it.

At number 6, the discloure for information is misleading. If you actually read the article, you'll see that that there were 2 groups, the microneedling group, which was the control group and the microneedling + stem cells group. The results you mentioned weren't applicable to the control group.
No one asked but fragrance free skincare has been a winner for me... okay I have a mild allergy (itchy puffy eyes) but as an ingredient "parfum" and "aroma" are legally protected so you'll never know what alcohols etc is included in what looks like one ingredient.
I’m getting myself a Mexican sombrero.

Actually no since reflected rays will still get on you even though you’re wearing a hat. The best is sunscreen and hats when in the sun

I've read multiple times that RF Micronneedling can lead to fat loss in the face and actually have the opposite effect.. so I would stay away from it.
Have good sleep and reduce stress has more impact than everything pointed in this video.
Nice, my orthodontist made me take out 4 premolar teeth for braces and now my face ages fast...
One of the orthodontists told me that 4 of my son's teeth have to be removed! No way! J went to the other one and he said it's BS, no need to remove teeth. So always ask for a second, third and more opinion.
Same here!
Bad Orthodontics can often destroy a person’s face-- seen it far too often

Finasteride can be very dangerous, be careful before using it. Here are its most known side effects :
Sexual Dysfunction: A well-documented side effect of Finasteride is sexual dysfunction, including decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and reduced ejaculate volume.

WTF
