I'm looking at this 2018 Freightliner Cascadia 125. It was listed for $27k with 600k miles. I'm wondering if it's worth it. I'm looking to buy my first truck, something like a Honda Accord that required too much repair. I have no history with Freightliner Cascadia 125 trucks. I mostly drive Kenworth, Volvo, and newer 2022 Cascadia. Is anyone familiar with these Freightliner Cascadia 125 trucks?
For the most part I would say yes their worth it. I have had no problems with mine, not any major problems yet!! Just make sure to see if any motor work has been done on it! See the reality is trucks are kind of like the lottery, you could have good or bad luck. Just find you a mechanic you know and trust and have them look at the truck to see if its worth it! You could buy that truck and go a few years without major repairs or you could have major repairs immediately!
Your welcome! Tomorrow i will be making and uploading a video on exactly what I think are things to look for when buying a truck. You should be on the lookout for it! 😂😂
@@TruckerDudeEBM I'm really looking forward to the new video. I'm mostly interested in learning about what to look for to avoid buying a junky truck. I want to know at what mileage those trucks typically require expensive repairs. Some of my concerns stem from hearing stories about people painting fresh pictures over damaged trucks to hide the flaws, or manually adjusting the mileage to conceal high mileage. These are just some of the wild stories I've come across on online truck forums, and they're quite concerning.
Freightliner Cascadia is a good truck overall. Havent had problems with mine so far.
Keep up the good bro. Nice meeting you. Enjoyed laughing with you as we waited to get unloaded.
Likewise brother! Yeah it made the time fly by, even tho I didnt have no damn cigarettes! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
That windshield leak is just a problem they all have. They have yet to fix it.

Where do you get your seats?
I got mine from the TA in Walcott Iowa, the worlds largest truck stop
But you can get them from any chrome shop type store.
Bro if you got ALL that space in the truck, why you have all that crap on your dash?! That’s asking a scale master to pull you in for inspection
Windshield on a Volvo cost $220 changed in 30 minutes Your half cost ??? Be honest! Every truck have ups and downs!!! Like you said
