Am I the only person that thinks samson should be doing way better and be placing way better, like he has the sickest lines and genetics, there's a CPL spots to improve on like back and maybe legs but other then that the dude is amazing looking.... And he's only getting better

Samson are you training back once a week or more? Tons of volume, freaking nice!! The grip attachment you used on the 1st exercise looks awesome, seems like it reduceses the stress on the wrists and elbows right? 👍🏻
Thanks, at the moment I'm training back once a week but I will switch it to twice a week to speed up improvement. The attachment grip in first exercise it's very good. Completely takes tension from arms and wrists and helps to focus solely on the back 👍🏾

There is a prominent % of persons that cannot ever attain to where you are, as they are not prepared to put in THE DAILY G R I N D . Where it is a constant, returning to maintaining. All things have a foundation, that must be monitored at all times. To reach the top does not come with one jump. Many, many small stages of progression.
How do you chose how much you going to add weights untill you reach working weight? Is it depending on day to day and personal feeling or it has some math behind it?
It's a mixture of how I feel on the day and working the weight up. My heaviest weight lift becomes my base line for a while until I go heavier 👍🏾
I'm surprised no tbar or barbell rows or dumbbell rows although it is nice to switch it up everyone once in awhile and hit those other movements hard and heavy I feel like there underrated moves.... Even though most of us think tbar,dumbbell rows, and barbell rows are the meat and chicken exercises.... Honestly I think whatever exercises u can best feel it in ur back or the muscle ur trying to use is where u should stick to..... Also I'm tired of people being like u have to do a different workout or exercise Everytime in the gym.... Bullshit keep it simple man of course always play around with some angles if u can try some new stuff but at the end of the day the simple shit is gunna be what works the best for the majority of the people... Free weights are awsome but machines and cables should be included they all have there place .... Iv always believed in two compound movements and then some finishing up movements with different angles still going heavy and hard but also keeping forum in mind.... Then have a week where u kill it and maybe do all compounds.... But Iv always had the best workouts with a mix of the two honestly
