You know it was a good one when Nate is in the office and still trying to catch his breath. Bro is an absolute beast.

Nathan is a great dude. Had a nice conversation with him at the Hosstile Olympia booth. He’s gonna have a great season.

If Nathan had a brother I can so totally see Seth Feroce being his brother from another mother... 😂 Hands down Nathan puts all efforts to his workouts... MUCH love and respect brother...

My triceps always take over on rope pullovers (pull throughs) whatever you may call it

You my friend may have leverages more suited to hit your triceps then (like me). Could be time to try a different exercise eh?

Can you feel your lats during lat pulldowns?
It may be a lack of 'connection' with the lats
or you may have weak triceps
hence why they get the 'workout feeling' instead of targetted muscles. Just thinking aloud.

A few things that may help if tried:
      -lower the weight
-lock the elbows, keep your elbow angle the same throughout the movements
-try bench pullovers, but lay lengthwise on the bench, with only your arms hanging off, so you have a better body stability on the bench and not causing stability issues which perhaps may ruin your concentration in keeping the triceps out of the equation.

This should be a good video for me. My lats are so lagging behind every other muscles. Even my calves look better lol. Time to get better!

Nathan going to the open at 230 on stage would be nasty. But I think he has another year at 212 before he will outgrow the class.
