I’ve not heard anyone explain back training as good as Neil has done here! Very informative easy to understand and pick up will be adding cues to my own training for sure!

Noravirus or however it's spelled is no joke, I got something like that earlier this year and was out for 2 weeks straight. And lost 15 or so pounds. It f**ked with my mindset super bad too. Neil is a trooper! I feel for him

Honestly I don't think u even need to be super concerned with weight I would just go by what ur looking like in the mirror and ur flow obv keep track of weight. But I can easily see you up there with a lot of the guys that have shape over freakish size.... Last year a lot of the asteic guys placed higher.... I'm actually shocked by how much volume u do, I'd be interested to know if u ever tried cutting back a lil on ur sets and maybe just did one top set and maybe a back off set but also cut back on the exercises. I know ur trying to hit all angles i would just be interested to know. You seem like u stay pretty lean no matter what ... Either way can't wait to see u on that open stage
