I totally agree with the intensity statement. I made decent gains while training balls to the wall for hours a day but now I keep the tempo and form strict and I just feel better and think I grow just as good without risk of injury being so high.
Man it just fuckin blows my mind how much work you put in over the years .. how far you've come all the behind the scenes work u do truly humbling and extraordinary I remember watching you through covid I had some really dark times in my life motivated me a lot to get bigger get up go to the gym put one foot in-front of the other and keep pushing you inspire me a lot nick to be the best version of myself as a natural athlete least I can say is thank you for helping me push and the relationship you have with your family is truly amazing i hope when you're at pure I can meet you in person im just down the street 💪🏽

I know that not all the gyms have it, but if you do that lat pullover machine from here til the Mr. Olimpia comes, that front lat spread will be as good if not better than that of Dorian Yates. nick you need to add more size to arms aim for 25 inches it will help give the illusion of a tighter waist take it from me you don't want to have a turtle belly adding to your biceps will make you waist appear smaller i believe in you try it!

E ven though youre form is normally impeccaple ....I can,t help but question the fact that your elbows are not on the pads on the pullover machine. The whole point of the machine is to take the arms out of the equation. I do find that most machines do not enable you to do this due to the incorrect build of the machine !! Do you agree.....the cross member on the machine should be considerable shorter to enable you to do so ?? Do you agree ??
