    Samson is the first pro Ive seen that actually gets involved in training partners workouts. From Yates to Walker its all about them. Samson is keeping the pace and working his mates as well. Class Act .

    Never really knew about Samson, after watching a couple videos and seeing him compete in Spain... I'm a BIG fan. Crazy physique and great attitude. 🥇

    What a video! Love watching Samson train, it's so motivating because you can see how genuine he is, and you can really feel how much he really loves this sh!t. My for sure my next leg day will be a good one.

    I never go up to 5 sets per exercise but I'm willing to try this routine out on my next leg workout

      Looool maybe go less reps until you have built decent strength to carry out more weight on the higher rep/higher volume stuff.

      @@preventionalasante3209 no worries this is from anecdotal evidence from being a hobbyist bodybuilder. However, from my masters in exercise physiology- all training is better than none, although you should take into account training years. Samson needs lots of volume due to his many years of training, however this may be sub-optimal for a less experienced lifter. Try not taking many sets per workout past failure, and tapering down the total sets per exercise, and build up overtime paired with good nutrition and sleep. Sticking to compound lifts like free weight squats will help build accessory muscles (abductors, adductors, core, etc) and contribute to overall leg mass.💪🏼
