    Idk if anyone really notices this but the camera work here is actually really good. Great lighting that works with the branding. Sound is high quality. I know the material is great. The details are just on point.

    I swear that the old guy in the background with the grey sweatshirt is the same guy seen behind you in your last chest workout, when you are doing inclines on the Smith Machine. Made me chuckle for some reason, almost like he's there on purpose lol. Guy's a walking meme. You should show Ben and James this on BB & B for their reaction 😂

    Leg day scares the shit out if me too Fouad! Been hurt by squats in and past and because I can't get to the gym as often as I want I put deadlifts in my leg day routine that just makes me fear it more because I tweeked my back 2 years ago that shelved me for a month. Great video keep it up!

    The only thing to fear is fear itself, once you understand why and where this seemingly negative energy is being created from you can then harness it & channel it into the task at hand.

    Good tip with the menthol cream! I like to use stuff like that after the workout. Never thought about using it before and during.

    Nice man! Leg day is Wednesday so I’ll try some of your stuff. Right now I start with high rep leg presses like a piston 70 reps and finally end at 15 reps and then do the V squat heavy

    Being scared for leg day is so true. It’s the greatest feeling of anxiety and nerves on your way to the gym. Leaving there with anything less than your legs trembling is a disappointment

      Alex Nelson the hate is why I love it. That mental toughness to push through when your quads are just absolutely fried to get those last two reps is just the greatest feeling. I can count on one hand the amount of people who train legs that hard at my gym and I’m one of em.

    Damn I Just did leg day today :/. Legs are my favorite since I think my legs are my best body part. My thighs be rubbing even before the pump. Have to try this next leg day! Also that tiger balm on the arm has really improved my pressing days!

      Lower weight. Warm up better. Use tiger balm pre and ice post. Stretch after training. Clean up your diet.

      I would ride the bike for 5-10min before starting to lift, they should be sufficiently warmed up.
