So…I’m 55 and still training with intensity and goals…not making the progress I’d like to see, but still trying every day - you’re helping motivate me !
Some other channels bring the science and I enjoy that but Seth is the best at practical kindergarten level breakdowns. Doesn't just say do this or that but explains y this version is better than another. How 2 things can look exactly the same from the outside but change feet angle or foot pressure and it hits so much better per the goals. Great work as always
This was already posted in the comment section but I’ll say it again! I look forward to Seth’s and John meadows videos for sure I learn so much from you guys! 💪🏽🙏🏾
"[To do this kind of volume for legs] You better be fueled, hydrated... and on some good-ass gear". Seth is a huge inspiration for me. And I feel I might start some kind of war here, but as a 100% natural lifter I don't think I could recover in time from a workout like this, in order to do it again at least within a week. I want to "emulate" his workouts, but I'm not sure if I actually should or not, seeing as my recovery will be a lot slower and even my energy/recovery during the workout will also be lower. Well, who knows. At the very least I'm inspired to up all my volume a little bit again for starters.
Brother you inspire me. 54 years old, retired LEO, and now a football coach trying to mentor teens into noble men. Me I just want to look good naked, when I was Mr. Riverside. Carry on and keep the content, real and snappy....Cheers!
I just received my ignition switch pre workout from Seth. Absolutely love it! This video is full of such great material and of course filled with Sths crazy ass sense of humor. Just absolutely made my day. Thanks Seth.
I just wanted to add to what Seth said about getting older and training smarter. Back when we were younger, squatting was where it was at. But unless your training for over 50 powerlifting I recommend using the hack/hip sled to safely tear down the legs, and then finish off with light Smith squats and a stool at the bottom to keep from bottoming out for reps. I see too many older lifters still trying to squat with bad knees so they end up bending forward too far and getting injured.
Thanks for the videos and the tips 🙏🏻, I love mochis too lol, I’m a Dessert lover 😁 …hooked to Jelly these days we make them at home with fruits inside. Just had a big danish from Costco, so I did an extra hour of walk and 500 sit ups to burn that…and tomorrow is a big day 3 hours of chest and leg workout , so I’ll have another one of those Danish pastries in the morning with a cup of Armenian coffee (after my big breakfast) as a pre workout. Stay active, stay healthy, look good and feel good! Thanks again
I take it from the volume of these workouts, that your mindset is more focused on a different body part each day. I have been following a push, pull, legs x2 a week and I don’t think I’m seeing the same results as I did with a different body part each day.
is hard to find other honest man who dont keep their lifting wisdom to themselves and who are openly passionate about eating ass. this is why Seth is my one and only go-to person for all my lifting needs.
8:53 - 11:37 these types of explanations that Seth does are the main reason I watch this channel. Great personality as well, but breaking down technique is what helps me progress.
Seth you have the concept behind occlusion training backwards man. It doesn't restrict arterial blood flow IN to the muscle, it restricts venous blood flow OUT of the muscle. And the pump from it is insane lol.

Awesome content man.... Love your bodybuilding info and your personality is really cool.... Cant wait to try it today
I just happened to do legs today. Crazy that my leg routine is almost similar to what he is doing here. Being older than Seth, yes it is VERY important to concentrate on what you are doing to avoid injuries.
@David Withrow Seth is old School he would ve Ranked Higher if we had 1999 Today. He has the Best Chest Triceps and Shoulders of any Bodybuilder today. And he doesnt even compete
Even though your channel seems more geared towards guys, I am really learning alot. 46 yo woman here new to weight lifting and even though my husband thinks I look great naked; I want to look even better (he isn't opposed to that) lol
did this workout today and let me tell you. by the last set of lunges paired with the 4th set of stiff leggeds my legs were shaking so bad. may not be going as heavy on squats cuz of some injuries but still love doing them.
Dude u r great!! No pants let’s go!! I’m 47 I m getting old. U look great dude. Quads still unreal. Big fan from Massachusetts! My boy cutler state! Keep up the content ! Brian from Boston 💪🙏 fuck shit up!
ive got you x 2 - 60 here and 4/5 x a wk since I was 21. Life natty pro. Hip replacement in Aug and Im currently back to 4 plates a side hack 6 plates a side LP etc..
I guess I do all my reps on Squats then. I usually jump quarters, and my first 2 sets are my warm up 12-15 reps, then 3 quarters x10, 4 quarters x8, 3 sets of 5 quarters x6, then back down 4x8, 3x10, 2x12-15...... works out to a little over 100 reps total, that'll be all I'll do for legs but I've been able to do that twice a week and still recover.
I might have patella tendinitis in my left knee and it’s really fucking up my leg days so I gotta do exercises that don’t irritate my knee!:( got a doctors appointment next month so hopefully they will help
Yes the Mochi's are awesome my dude! You should check out mochi ice cream if ever you run across them. And congrats on the pregnancy. Keep up the good content man. I'm loving it and implementing the advice in my training 💪
Hey Seth my days been made by your video today, I'll try this! I'm in the USA now for holidays and I wanted to ask, when you go on vacation do you still train daily or will you take the time completely off? I want to train but there's no gym here in Vail, Colerado.
Seth, would be great to get your view on working with Kevin Levrone. I understand you did some training with him early on in your career? Is he one of your favourite bodybuilders from the 90's and early 00's?
HEY SETH!! Quick question regarding legs. when you do your leg days? do you have a quads focused or a ham focused day. I see today was overall maybe. Hope you see this. Thanks man.
Seth, what are your thoughts on working a body part two days in row if you weren't able to finish a workout do to work obligations or whatever. Finish it up? Change it up the next day? Do nothing until next week? Now that you're running a business I suspect you probably run into this situation.
“ we’re gonna do squats. I’m gonna take my pants off. You’re gonna love it. “ lmao
Seth you should put out a playlist on Spotify of the music you listen to when you work out
I need a program from you fucken amazing work out when i did leg press i was like fucken dam i want to finish this😭
i want this too!! BUMP THIS COMMENT!
Still waiting for this
Those legs are gnarly man, the quads are like tree trunks and the veins are like the roots.
So…I’m 55 and still training with intensity and goals…not making the progress I’d like to see, but still trying every day - you’re helping motivate me !
💉😏
58 my guy go go to a HRT clinic get on TRT and thank me later 💪👍
We don’t have HRT clinics in the UK, where can I get TRT safely?
Nabido can be prescribed by UK doctor after TRT test.
Last time I followed a Seth feroce leg day workout, I passed out... Looks like today is the day I’m going to pass out again. LEG DAYYY 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Why would you deliberately want to pass out? Doesn't seem very logical.
BeardedDanishViking do you work out? Passing out is like the best thing at the gym
BeardedDanishViking Because you know you gave it 100% it’s surprisingly a very rewarding feeling
U a wuss. Go do some yoga
With that much volume, your food, rest and recovery must be 1000% on point. Plus don’t even mention if you’re natural. Rip CNS
Love to see a Seth Feroce, John Meadows leg workout video. Two of the most informative IFBB pro's
Yeah, seth and john are the shit when it comes to training.👍
My thought exactly, would be a great video.
2 of the 3 people u follow. You should check out wesley vissers too, he's also very knowledgeable
Dude cracks me up, and his workouts get results.

Great work as always
FINALLY another leg day with my favorite ifbb pro right here
Wait so since he it keeping his feet elevated on legpress. Does he keep the same weight on the legpress for the full 8x15?
Isaac Suarez depends but yes Seth kept it the same the whole 8x15
Finally someone giving a visual workout sheet. Jesus. Thanks man.
I agree, you don’t need a lot of equipment to make a workout intense! 💪 another great video bro! 👊
This was already posted in the comment section but I’ll say it again! I look forward to Seth’s and John meadows videos for sure I learn so much from you guys! 💪🏽🙏🏾

hylianchriss you are absolutely correct a natural bodybuilder can’t complete this workout and try and do this same workout in a week
That’s a funny way of saying “I’m using my natty status to train like a pussy”
This man taught in one video what others take lots of videos and that too not too deeply. Im lucky I subscribed long time back...
Brother you inspire me. 54 years old, retired LEO, and now a football coach trying to mentor teens into noble men. Me I just want to look good naked, when I was Mr. Riverside. Carry on and keep the content, real and snappy....Cheers!
Swear Seth always puts out videos on the days im training that body part....what a guy.
I'd never thought I'll watch at the guy with no pants and then thank him for it. Thank you for what you're doing for us, Seth!
that squat form is impeccable 👌🏼 gotta love these videos, keep em coming seth
I just received my ignition switch pre workout from Seth. Absolutely love it! This video is full of such great material and of course filled with Sths crazy ass sense of humor. Just absolutely made my day. Thanks Seth.
I see "volume" and "leg" in the same title I click like
Agreed!
Says he's "getting older" me realizing he's 3 years younger than me :(
MrDuty yeah what till you hit 48
Age does limit certain things but you can still be in phenomenal shape. Nutrition, rest, exercise and managing stress will keep you in good shape👌💯
MrDuty Bahahahahaaaaa!!!! Yeah right?!
Chronological age is one thing, biological is another. He's probably at least 40 in the Horvath clock.
One of the best to watch and get quality info from!
You're so damn entertaining! Love watching before and after my sessions! Thanks for sharing your insight
You are a such a damn good role model. Thank you for all the content you put out. 👏🏼

Seth and Wes Watson should do a podcast episode or video together. The amount of knowledge out of that would be insane
Thanks for the workout plan for today seth
I love the leg press you can concentrate and hit any part of the legs you want
This information is absolute gold. Cheers Seth, so useful to know how to think about training for aesthetics.
Love the content seth. Killing it as always!👌

Your a beast workingout and you have a sense of humor thank's for the vlog bro appreciated.
You + are= you’re

1:14 “I’ll take my pants off it’s going to look great your going to love it” :)
8:53 - 11:37
these types of explanations that Seth does are the main reason I watch this channel. Great personality as well, but breaking down technique is what helps me progress.
The energy he has is freaking badass!.
I done this today..... You got to be mental for this workout 👌
I love the leg workouts! I need more because I need insane leg workout!
The right workout, the right tips! Well done, bro!
Always coming out with a leg day video on LEG DAY ! trying this out later, looking forward to barely walking after lol

First I Like, then I watch
I just happened to do legs today. Crazy that my leg routine is almost similar to what he is doing here. Being older than Seth, yes it is VERY important to concentrate on what you are doing to avoid injuries.
Seth you've came a long way since Kevin
Levrone destroyed you on legs. You definitely look better than most pros.
@David Withrow
Seth is old School he would ve Ranked Higher if we had 1999 Today. He has the Best Chest Triceps and Shoulders of any Bodybuilder today. And he doesnt even compete
I remember that video. It was absolutely amazing.
fucking GOAT
Even though your channel seems more geared towards guys, I am really learning alot. 46 yo woman here new to weight lifting and even though my husband thinks I look great naked; I want to look even better (he isn't opposed to that) lol
Hell of a clip man! Got a new subscriber. Love the content. Keep this shit up

did this workout today and let me tell you. by the last set of lunges paired with the 4th set of stiff leggeds my legs were shaking so bad. may not be going as heavy on squats cuz of some injuries but still love doing them.
Your gym needs a sign on the door :"Pants optional."
Dude u r great!! No pants let’s go!! I’m 47 I m getting old. U look great dude. Quads still unreal. Big fan from Massachusetts! My boy cutler state! Keep up the content ! Brian from Boston 💪🙏 fuck shit up!

I like your videos, please tell us something about upper spine pain , how to overcome
love these videos
That leg press machine is so nice. My gym has a really shitty one that doesn’t allow me to go as deep as I want
You are my biggest motivation 💪💪💪
Seth for president
Seth you need to post a vid on exactly what you listen to man!
I’ve been dying for another white board session
I might have patella tendinitis in my left knee and it’s really fucking up my leg days so I gotta do exercises that don’t irritate my knee!:( got a doctors appointment next month so hopefully they will help
Rhys Kirby Sled drives and yoke carries are both pretty safe, usually don’t irritate tendinitis and are excellent compounds.
Arminius Chieftain of the Cherusci sweet! Thanks for the heads up!!
Seth would you do a vid on contest prep for lifting. Doing a physique comp next year Nov. 2021. TIA
His squats are beautiful... solid form
I don't care what they say about you Seth, you're the greatest. ;)
Seth should pick random people from the comments to come workout with him. As founder of this idea I’ll have my spot reserved obviously
Yes the Mochi's are awesome my dude! You should check out mochi ice cream if ever you run across them. And congrats on the pregnancy. Keep up the good content man. I'm loving it and implementing the advice in my training 💪
Really cool squat
Cool gym
I’m laughed so hard. Randomly “you into that Shane” hahaha Shane must be one sick fuck
Leg Pump is a beautiful thing.
Hey Seth my days been made by your video today, I'll try this! I'm in the USA now for holidays and I wanted to ask, when you go on vacation do you still train daily or will you take the time completely off? I want to train but there's no gym here in Vail, Colerado.
Hey Seth....- Thanx 4 the new topic :) !!
That transaction from sweats to boxers was epic!! FUCKIN A!!!
