    Ingredients
    200 grams plain yogurt
    100 grams peanut butter
    100 grams dates, pitted and chopped
    50 grams erythritol (or any preferred sweetener)
    50 grams chia seeds
    200 grams oats
    50 grams pumpkin seeds
    50 grams sunflower seeds
    50 grams almonds, chopped
    Instructions
    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, and chopped dates. Mix until well blended.
    Add Sweetener: Add erythritol (or your chosen sweetener) to the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the chia seeds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chopped almonds.
    Combine All Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is evenly mixed.
    Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
    Spread the Mixture: Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread it evenly, pressing down to ensure it’s compact.
    Cutting it into 18 bars.
    Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
    You can store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
