I love getting breakdowns of transitions/ combos like this! I feel like being able to have bite size bits to practice makes it easier to get into my body and to recall during my own in my own freestyle/flow. I love choreo as well but feel like I can only remember those movements I learn when I'm doing that specific choreo.... when I go to freestyle on my own I forget half of what I've learned 😅
