Another really thoughtfully designed update from GL 👏 I own the original with the Go attachment and it's without a doubt the sleekest and most functional box wallet out there. HOWEVER like you mentioned in your first review, the smoothness of the slide face is really an issue with the included grip sticker being essential. HOWEVER 2.0! The sticker degraded within a few months of use so I bought some universal grip tape that I can continually replace when it wears down. Love the design and you can't beat the warranty and feel of "firing" your cards at every purchase or while in line at the cashier. Or really anytime you have it in hand. Love your channel Mark 😎
idk why they wont just redesign the front metal and add some kind of grip there and eliminate the only complaint about it, instead of shipping a sticker with it. because its the best pop up wallet there is
Ekster seems like a better choice for most people. Heard these wallets jam whenever dust gets in. I'm glad someone recommend ekster to me, it holds up durning work.
@@taggie_ i've had it for a while now and its been great. i don't see how dust could jam it unless its a lot of sand and tiny rocks, in which case every pop up wallet would jam too. But i heard Ekster's plastic pop up mechanism has lots of issues
I’ve had the original with the original leather attachment. Love that thing. I got this and with the new Leather GO. The leather is holding up and hasn’t fallen off yet. I just got a replacement trace since the slider keeps getting stuck. We’ll see how it holds up
I have a grove wallet that came with the sticky, but it came off pretty quickly. I put a simple sticker on there from my daughter, and it has done the job
I have the original groove wallet. I just came across an ad a couple of days ago. Immediately purchased because this is the only thing it was missing. The tracker built in with Apple Find My is worth every penny. Plus add the warranty and your set. Love Groove Wallets and the build quality.
I have the is wallet and actually use the money clip on one side AND the Go attachment on the other. Adds a bit more bulk but also allows for grip and and a total universal wallet for everything!! The Go attachment I keep my ID and couple non-credit cards in it.
@@FRONTchardThe “Go” is just a tacky leather attachment for additional cards and cash strap. I use that for ID card and loyalty cards. So can have clip and attachment. Plus helps with grip too!

Seems like it’s well designed and engineered. They have added features to try and justify the ridiculous price. But I am a cheapskate. My Temu box wallets are doing well as is the elastic sticker pocket they came with. But I do like this slide which Temu hasn’t offered. I don’t think I need a tracker but it’s a good solution for someone ditching an AirTag. There was a news story today about a suitcase tracked to an airport worker’s home and he was arrested. They can be useful, just not something I need. It’s great the tracker doesn’t take up card space. I wonder how many people will bother to replace the tracker after the battery dies? But $125. Never. Ever. Never. 6 cards is just too limiting, 8 plus the extra pocket on the back please
It looks like it's extremely well made with high quality materials, but $125 just seems excessive. I can't get past the price to look at the rest of it as a possible purchase.
Here’s my issue though: they need to create a wallet that has a fingerprint lock on it along with the tracker, that way the thief can’t even get into it. Because even with this tracking technology a thief can still ditch the wallet and get away with your debit/credit cards and cash. They can’t do that if the wallet is fingerprint locked 💡

Pretty sure your GO attachment is the old one, new one does hold 3 cards and isn’t hard attached to wallet
