- Hotel Ceasars is home to the ceasar salad. I made this salad in Pasadena, California hundreds of times for customers. Our table side version was a little richer. I was a great experience.
Need someone to make Cesar salads next to my bed with jazz in the background till I sleep. So relaxing

Wheres the croutons
In TJ, they lay a large flat crouton on the salad at the end along with sprinkling it with fresh Parmesan cheese. I bake my own croutons and toss with the salad. Then finish with Parmesan cheese.

I'm just concerned bout raw egg maybe it was boiled but it doesn't seemed
It’s poach in hot water to neutralize the bacteria. The lemon juice also helps with that.
