I saw another video where they made the dressing at this exact restaurant and they used grape seed oil along with olive oil. That's what I have been doing and it is delicious. Don't believe all this mayonnaise and lemon stuff on the internet. Great original right here, thank you!!
Please take the mom to at your table ceaser salad. It’s just a wonderful happy event. Problem is trying to find a restaurant that makes the salad at your table.
No the brother Alex Cardini who was there before Caesar invented it. It was originally called the aviator salad. Then the Alex & Caesar Cardini salad which of course got shortened to the Caesar salad. Italian obviously.
Julia Child interviwed Caesar's daughter at length for the exact recipe... There were no anchovies added, except for the small amount present in the Worcestershire sauce... Many people are not a fan of anchovy... so it would be best to eliminate them and offer as an option.
This restaurant did not create ceaser dressing tasting history has a detailed video on its origins but it was stolen a few times and sold as original like here
I had all these ingredients at home. I just watched this video and literally made an amazing salad. This recipe is spot on thank you!

Greetings. Yes, it was done there, but the original owner's idea is of Italian origin.
Interesting

Eating one as I watch this
Did the waiter who invented it ever get any royalty payments from it??

I would never, ever visit Tijuana but this salad, prepared table side, looks amazing.
Its not bad TJ is growing and there's a lot of new development. If you mind your business you'll be fine.
@@Somewondude But but but the Tijuana CARTEL?????
Stop believing the propaganda and fear mongering
Your loss. You gringos need to stop watching your shitty news outlets. You realize crime rates are higher in your side of the border, right?

Tijuana is nice? Has gotten such bad publicity.

Yeah, That's NOT the original recipe. No Anchovies!
@@thernsa The REAL recipe doesn't use anchovies, It use Worchestershire sauce
Recipes are made to be modified and customized!
Anchovies give it that " umami" flavor. A must!
Correct!!!!
I call bullshit. This salad was made many many many years ago in Italy. It was just re-created here.
lool
And you think Chicken Marsala was created in Italy too?
No …. In your moms panties
Eating at some place owned by a guy named Javier Placenta 🤢🤢
