A new wing chun dummy is born. Designed for the 21st century this free standing Iron Master Dummy does more then what the normal traditional wooden wing chun dummy does. This slick modern dummy is made of metal but has wooden arms. It has strike pads to protect your hand and your legs when you train on it. You can also attach more legs if you wanted too! The best thing it can also spin when you adjust it, allowing it to respond making your training one step closer to reality.

I trained wing chun/ JKD for about 3 years at a very good school. I learned a lot. They are both the BEST system for street fights, ending the fight quick. I still practice with friends,my wife and my daughters just to keep my technique Propper.
