@@eike.zender 🤣 yeah man, bambu lab A1 mini is super affordable. You'll be abyto get it printed and shipped for Filmatura (3dfocus) from tomorrow though.
Very cool! Awesome way to get the anamorphic adapter right up close too. The Ulanzi one I have comes with a mountable filter thread solution, but it does cost more than the AliExpress one you got. Wish I'd known how popular of a topic this would be, I would have made a long video on it rather than just a short! Haha but really cool to see everything you guys are doing with it and making it so accessible to everyone! PS love the use of split diopter
@@abracadude thank you. Yes it would be very easy to convert this into a lens hood. The Anamorphic filter holder would work as a lens hood too but we can modify it.
I love the design around Viltrox 28mm, but is it possible to find similar setup but more telephoto? I know only about Lumix 20mm MFT for such anamorphic mod. Anything else? Plus have you thought about adapting "Lomo 35-NAP"? It's so cheap for such huge anamorphic glass.
someone went full split diopter Brian Depalma's style @0:38 sec ;) love it Congrats, you guys are genius. Since you've done the EOS M box, the Eclipse, and so many things, I'm pretty sure you are kinda bored now ;) and begging for ideas aren't you ? ;) So why not cream a similar item for the M4/3 14-42mm pancake lens to be used with a smartphone anamorphic lens too ; the 14-42 is a perfect match with the BMPCC OG and paired with the same system you just created, it would still keep the OG as pocket as possible). Oh, do I have your attention now ? ;) Were you about to go to bed and now you hate me because you want to try to figure it out so bad ? Good ;) cheers my friend, keep it up
@@uptonfilms95 it was a joke ; I don't know how Cole and team can rest or sleep ; they keep coming up with crazy ideas and i cheer up every time they bring something new to the table. It's called sarcasm. Maybe it was too much a private joke. Love ALTCINE
@@hugomalpeyre hey Hugo, 🤣🤣 I've been meaning to use the split dioptor for so long and this seemed like the perfect video 🤣 I'm not sure this adapter would work on the Lumix lens, I think the optics are too big 🤔 Thanks though brother, seriously gotta slow down after the CinePi though.
So cool 🙌🏻 - now I just need a 3D printer 😅 thanks for all your effort ❤

Hello - I dont own a 3DPrinter - and it looks these are out of stock - when you be making more? I would love to have one!
@@PiecesofVinyl it shouldn't be out of stock. Message Tom on the 3dfocus website please.
@@Altcine It seems to be out of stock on the filmatura link in the description - when I click on the link it says notify me when available.

Hey this is great! Is there any way to make a lens hood to avoid it flaring too much? 😅

Love the idea, but the anamorphic stl measurements are quite off. Can’t get it to fit

can this be done for 49mm I have a Mist filter for my GR3X that I would like to use with this lens
@@AngryApple hi, you could print this and use a step down ring. I highly suggest to use a ring wether it's up or down.
