    Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs! (Great Special Sauce)
    In a bowl put:
    1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 cup of whole milk
    1 egg lightly beaten
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    Mix very well and set aside...
    Sauce includes:
    15 oz. can of Hunts diced tomatoes
    In a pan brown and drain 1/4 lb. ground beef
    and 1/4 lb. breakfast sausage, then add 1/2 cup
    green or red bell pepper, 1/2 a big onion diced up,
    1/2 cup diced mushrooms.
    Add all the stuff from the fry pan to the sauce pot.
    Then put a 28 oz. can of Hunts whole peeled plum
    tomatoes in a blender for a few seconds. Just enough
    to ruff chop the tomatoes.
    Pour then in the pot and bring to a boil.
    Reduce to a simmer and add:
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 tsp. oregano,
    1/2 tbsp. basil, 1 small can Hunts tomato paste, then
    reduce to low for now!
    Go back to your meatballs and divide into 8 balls and
    sear them in a fry pan until golden brown on all sides.
    Put them in your sauce and simmer for 25 minutes.
    Add a spoonful of sauce in a bowl and toss with a serving
    of spaghetti to give it a red coating. Now spoon on the sauce
    and put 2 meatballs on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan
    Cheese.
    Serve with french bread coated with olive oil, butter, and garlic paste mixed in a small bowl and then brushed on the bread then
    grilled until golden browned.
