I share our Small Group Personal Training model at Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance, which I've developed after 16 years of owning a gym and starting small group personal training 13 years ago and continuing to evolve and build a model that is based on principles to increase strength, muscle, and improve overall fitness and cardio.
This model is also built so it can be used with any level of equipment, small and/or large gyms, with groups of 6-20+ (we've used it with as many as 24 clients for this strength training model).
Like I mention in the video, our small group personal training focuses on improving, strength, muscle, and performance, while our team training sessions focus on improving cardio/conditioning (through working on different energy systems).
I have more vlogs coming explaining and diving into our models, as well as working on an in depth program design course that will cover how to develop results based programs whether its a 1 on 1 or semi private personal training, or small/large group training. Stay tuned....

Thank you Luka, it was a great program example for me as Fitness student , appreciated
Great stuff here. I’ve been running semi private training (3 person max) at my 500 sq ft facility for about a year now and it’s been the best business decision I’ve made thus far. Looking to scale that when I move into a new space to something similar to what Luka does next year.
Good stuff
Excellent. Thanks Coach. Will pass along.
Brilliant content
Incredible content. I do have a question for you. What I am struggling with as a coach is how to effectively and efficiently integrate a new client into an already existing group. How do you make time to teach advanced movements like a KB swing or snatch? How do you address mobility issues, physical limitations, strength imbalances, etc? Let's say you have an existing small group with 4 people of moderate ability and developed skills then you have another person join this time slot. This new person has right knee problems and through your assessment you know it stems from hip or ankle mobility issues. How do you integrate this new individual into a pre-existing group while addressing their limitations and not compromising the level of training delivered to the original 4?
These are good. questions but best answered in either 1). Another video here on RUclips, or even faster 2). When I do Q & A's on my Instagram @LukaHocevar
@@Luka-Hocevar I'd love to see it. Your content lately has been incredibly helpful for me as coach and someone who is trying to lead our club to higher standards of our coaching program. Your content is making a difference and I appreciate the thought, time, and energy you put into your work
@@bradleywilke7790 did you get the answers, i would like to know that too :D
This is just brilliant. Just wondering how many reps for each exercises in Block 3?
hi do u sell programs for small PT or PT that is periodised
Could this work in a group of 16 clients?
Yes, our biggest group is between 16-20 with this model. Works great!
Couch are the workouts superset????
Essentially yes, but there is a specific way to apply it (which I explain in the video)
no deloads ?
Every new 4-week program, week 1 is an "intro week" which ends up being a de-load week. Also a very important point, general population does not need as many deload weeks as athletes, and when implemented correctly the program in itself has "de-load options"
👌🏿
