I wanted to share a framework with you for creating a great coaching and customer experience for your semi-private personal training business.
You may be good at training clients but that doesn't mean that you are creating a great experience for them and being a great coach. Everything from the content you create, to the client intake forms, to follow up (SO many coaches drop the ball on follow up!), to the strategy session, the first 30-days, etc. - all of these things will determine whether the client stays or not.
While there are many nuances and details that go into this that we could dive into, the framework I share will significantly help you improve your customer experience and coaching for your semi-private personal training.
Let me know what other frameworks and vlogs you'd like to see.

So when a client signs up for semi private, are they locked in for specific days and time? Or do the have flexibility to book in for a variety of times and days?
I.e. If a client intends to do 6:30am, can’t make it but would like to attend 7:30am. Thank you!
They're usually locked in for a time, but they can do another on if they can't make it, that's the cool thing about semi-private being more flexible for the client in those situations.
