    I understand the points/arguments, but, isn't it true that only HIIT cardio increases VO2max, not Zone 2 cardio?
    And, there is a ton of evidence that increasing VO2max is correlated not only with lifespan but also with healthspan...
    Maybe do a video with Joel on this (VO2max -- how to do it, how much, etc, and also HIIT cardio), comparing & contrasting it with Zone 2 cardio...?

      Dr. Andy Galpin recently did long form videos on VO2max. He even shared a program by Joel.
      Zone 2 helps increase stroke volume, and SV is a contributor to VO2max.
