I use that Purito centella sunscreen and love it too and I also use a couple of serums before applying it (no moisturizer because this sunscreen is moisturizing enough for me). Recently, someone wrote that their derm had advised using chemical sunscreen on bare skin because it needs to form a bond with the skin to give you the advertised SPF. He said that if you use products underneath the sunscreen, it interferes with this bond and alters the protection. Do you think this is true?

Just wanted to say, I was convinced by one of your old videos to try Purology strength cure shampoo and conditioner on my over bleached, reaaaally dry hair. After one use I have woken up with the shiniest hair I have had in a year! Soooo impressed. Where have you been all my life!
I bought the Cerave tinted sunscreen and it is much too dark for my skin. But I blend it in my hand with an untainted sunscreen and with the tint “diluted” it works for me.

Hi Abbey that purito sunscreen has been my everyday facial sunscreen most of the year and I have very dry, rosacea and eczema prone skin. Those with dry sensitive skin are usually told to seek out mineral sunscreens, but they dry my skin out A LOT. Zinc is used as a spot treatment or for nappy rash (think diaper cream) so you can imagine what it does to my already very dry face. Older generation filters can burn/sting as can alcohol heavy formulations, which is very common in sunscreens. This purito sunscreen only uses the newer filters and is alcohol free - it just doesn't cause any issues. It's not overly hydrating, but it's not drying either which is important for me. I'm awaiting delivery of the Keep cool and soothe sunscreen which uses the same filters, no alcohol and is supposed to be more hydrating (Scottish Winter is here). i do plan to try the G&G jelly joker cleanser at some point, but gel cleansers work better for me in Spring/Summer. The low ph necessary for pure vitamin c is not tolerated by my skin, so I've been using the Niod survival 0 for that step (which I like and is a similar price to the timeless vitamin c). For a hydrating serum i've been using and enjoying the Isntree tw bifida serum which is full of pro biotics etc. Daytime moisturiser is the FAB ultra repair cream and my eye cream is the Benton fermentation eye cream (both are really good on very dry skin). The Cerave tinted spf is way too dark for me but I like the formula. I bought the untinted version and mix them and that works great for me. I know mixing spf is somewhat controversial but I am willing to personally take that risk until I use this up and find a better one. It's far better than wearing none at all. Really want to try the Purito one!

I purchased the Purito Centella Green Level Unscented Sunscreen and it was my first time to try it today. I had an allergic reaction to it. My face was itching and I looked sunburnt I was so red. I’m so glad to hear that 😊 I actually don’t use makeup primer! Just sunscreen. But cotz has a couple sunscreens that also serve as primers & I’ve really been liking those! I reviewed them this summer 😊

I always always have that CeraVe PM around, it's a staple. Just started using that same Vanicream Moisturizer and love it! Does the Purito stay shiny on the face cause I'm struggling to find a sunscreen that isn't too drying as some mineral are, but doesnt leave me looking like a shiny freak!
Hi Abbey, you've talked so many times about the Cerave PM moisturizer as a good option during the day that I am going to try it...I just ordered the Geek and Gorgeous cleanser alongside with their niacinamide serum AND their Calm something PHA toner to try out...like you I have combination skin...more oily prone... The PURITO sunscreen is fantastic..specially now in the winter months..I wished it would have more filters but I guess for the winter months that's ok.......I am so afraid of trying vitamin C that I just feel lost....the Timeless you recommend sounds promising, just because of the formulation with vitamin E and the feurolic acid that makes it more stable; the packaging protects is from oxidation and is easy to use....I find it hard to get my hands on it specially here in Europe. ...The Cerave renewal cleanser is great!! As you said, not to be used every day, but a perfect alternative in the winter months if you want some kind of exfoliating without being to drastic 😀.... I'm glad to see that you also gente cleanse in the morning....🤭...for some reason I think is also important considering the fact that at night the skin has some cell turnover which means some kind of build up; you definitely want to get rid off to help other ingredients work better...sometimes I wonder why other " influencers " say it's ok not to wash your face in the morning...🤔...even a micelular water could do the job( always rinse it off afterwards)

Can the timeless hydrating serum be used with vit c and versed? I know those two shouldn’t be used together as you mentioned but just want to make sure the hydrating serum can be used daily with alternating between the Vit c / versed.
