Really like these style videos to mix in with adventure/views/travel. Always nice to watch videos that make you feel like a friend is sharing some thoughts and life updates over coffee. This one captured that well and the cozy AF vibes are a great backdrop. Stay warm out there!
Aw, this comment was so sweet to read this morning 🥹 That is my whole goal with RUclips. Let a little more in on my life stories and adventures in hopes of connecting with y’all. So I’m stoked to read this. 🫶🏼
Living in my truck for 4 years. 1. Better have money saved. 2. Truck breaks down, better have a secondary place to stay. 3. Better keep maintenance up on your truck. 4. Have emergency bag with 4 season gear. 5. Don't depend on anyone. 6. Better know some survival skills.
@@jason7033 we do pretty much 99% of our own mechanical work with our truck. The only thing we don't mess with is the motor and we go to a diesel mechanic that and they're use to working on bigger rigs for that.
@@shelbssays if you guys ever come to Missouri. I highly recommend going to Ozark plateau region. Half of Missouri going down to Arkansas. Ppl are very kind here. Mark Twain national Forest here.
Good content, and very inspiring. I was on the road for months at a time, and understand finally getting to the satisfying feeling that I can conquer whatever is thrown at me. Wish you best! And I love the pickup campers. Yours looks cozy.
Thanks for watching and for the support! It’s always nice connecting with fellow nomads. And thanks-it definitely feels cozy and like home. We’ve been renovating this camper for over two years!
Wife and I lived in one for couple years, plus 2 dogs ( 8 1/2' ext.cab over ), it was fun. But you have to row with the problems and it seems you've got the right ideas for your age, Great Going!! Is good thing to have Home to come back to , to regroup. Be careful, be aware, enjoy.
I wanna build one for my truck but afraid to let my apt go its so cheap but this place is bad. I own a class c but its git a sag on its left side i think its under my counter n down the wall rom a window when its parked a certain way in rain. Not sure wha to do n cant fix it till spring cuz its sept n not surebi have time to reno it n get proper heat in it n insulated thicker before snow flies come nov. But i wanna leave so bad. I can leave in camper n park many places n this place is tiny anyhow. It gives me security not peace n too many ppl are here n lots a drama drugs n drinking. I cant sit still i thrivenl off meeting ppl traveling n seeing new places n the bushes camping n change of scenery is what i need all the time. Im afraid to leave n make a mistake rigt now but i gotta go so bad n this place is just gettin worse with te drug use in the building. It comes in my unit so strong n they are not dealing with it. Its so hot here too. Least my ac in either vehicle would keep me cool n warm in winter i think if i had a tiny wood stove.... your vid makes me feel less worried.

@@shelbssays if you guys break down, do u have mobile mechanic fix or a shop? Draw back I see them slide in is they won't fit in a mechanic shop.

Dear Emilia Clarke, winter is coming :)
Buy land, even if you don't live on it currently. Prices keep going up.
