Making your health a priority is always the right decision. I would love you to share your exercise related journey and whatever else you might feel inspired to share along the way
My best friend is dealing with long COVID affecting her FM; worse symptoms and new ones. So I understand where you are coming from. Also with the frustration of not being able to action your plans because of fatigue and pain, I can relate. You are not letting anyone down. You need to look after you. It will be ok. New beginnings happen in spring. Ideas for shorts: what it feels like to have a tattoo with a chronic illness, tattoo updates, Gizmo's jumpers (am sure I've seen him wear different ones), the book you are reading at the moment, your garden, herbal tea you are drinking at the moment, a fun fact from the conventions you have been to, and your love for captain America. Big hugs xx
It's good that you're recognizing the new limits your body is presenting. Rest as much as possible and remember to give yourself grace when you can't do something or when you get too tired. Soft hugs to you! ❤
Hi Beverly, please do not worry you must put your health first. I have ME so I can totally relate to that. I think it’s much harder to recover from viruses when having a chronic illness. I was left with a chest infection from Covid last year the cough was awful which impacted on my fatigue. I am much better now but it took a while for me to get there. I am looking forward to seeing your sewing videos and I love your new tattoo. I am not brave enough to get one! xx
Thank you I do forget sometimes that being open and honest does help others too I love my little family here where we can be safe to talk! You can enjoy tattoos through me I'm a full on addict hehe xx
I have four tattoos total but the biggest and most colorful one was gotten after I got ME. I was pretty nervous about how my body would react to it (it was actually fine) and I would have LOVED to have had someone online talking about their experience with this exact thing to ease my mind! So even though I’m not planning any more right now, I’d still love for that content to exist! That said, please do put your health first! Cut back however you need to, we understand! ME is a beast and sometimes it just doesn’t let you do the things you really want to; I totally understand that. I had covid last summer and it was pretty mild but still really bad on top of ME. Give yourself as long to heal as you need to! We give you permission if that makes you feel better 😉
ME is the worst! Everything affects it and you can't take something or push through like with pain! I will totally do a video maybe a short about chronic illnesses and tattoos xx
That makes sense for you to cut down on your videos, at least you can share your interests over a period of time & 'breathe' a little bit more in between ☺️🌿
I've just been diagnosed with TMJ which is fibromyalgia related. I've been under stress since last September and it's really made my fibromyalgia worst. I have 3 other invisible illnesses and at the moment they are all triggering each other off. I'd love a tattoo preparation vlog. What you eat, take with you in relation to chronic illness. Getting tattooed with chronic illness is a whole different ball game than regular tattooing and it should be discussed more.
Hi Beverly! I’m so glad you have recognized that you have to slow down a bit and care for yourself and are doing it. I totally understand what it’s like to want to do something and then realizing my body won’t let me. The brain wants one thing, but the body says no. I love what you do on your channel so I’ll be here for however much you are able to do. I know how hard it is to even plan anything at all for a future date because we never know how we are going to feel on that day. You are such a lovely person, I wish you didn’t have to deal with this illness, but you are so strong in how you deal with it. I’m sending you a bunch of gentle hugs!💞💞💞
Thank you so much for understanding it was definitely the right decision I just really found it hard to make. My latest blog post talks about it too because I needed to get my thoughts out! Your support means so much thank you xx
So awful that you have to go through all that! One video per week is more than enough, just do what you feel comfortable doing. The last thing anyone wants is for you to suffer. You’re not letting anyone down, in fact it’s the opposite because you’ve chosen not to let yourself down by choosing to care for yourself!
Oh thank you so much honey I appreciate this more than you can know and I'm already able to do more like be at my altar and exercise so it was the right decision it was just hard to make xx
Sending you so much love and so many hugs, sweetheart. I'm so so sorry Covid has walloped you like this - and on top of all your existing health challenges that SUCKS :( You haven't let anyone down! Please don't think that - we love you and support you, and you *must* prioritise your health and managing your spoons. xxx
Hi hun,it does appear that Covid in general adds to whatever is going on with you😢medically even emotionally..my goodness its all connected..Please take one thing at a time...your healthy eatting is important..tackle that first and then others will follow..don't be hard on yourself...all of us have things than went off course...we will get back into swing of things now that spring is upon us..just do the best you can do..we all understand and love your vibe sooo much..be well sister of the moon..blessed be 🧙♀️🧹🐈⬛🐾🌛🌝🌜

Yes I will I think I'll start posting shorts maybe weekly about what I'm doing and I might tweet what routine I do each day? Xx
That's okay. Being kind to yourself is a wise decision. Take your time and don't forget to take care of yourself. Have a nice week🔮
Thank you so much this means so much to me xx

Those are such good ideas I'm going to write them down now! And thank you for understanding xx

Thank you so much for understanding I was so nervous 💗
I understand what you are going through. I too suffer from chronic illness.
I'm sorry you are also struggling that's why I share so openly so people don't feel alone xx

Oh honey you have had so much to deal with over the winter I've kept you in my thoughts. I'll definitely do a video about that maybe a short? Xx

Oh you are so kind thank you! Yes I feel covid has taught me so much about myself and now I just want to get back to putting my health first xx
You just take care of you dont mind us.
Thank you sweetheart xx
Its wierd that long covid symptoms are very similar to fibromyalgia and other chronic illness. Just take it day by day.
I think so too I wonder if it's all triggered by viruses and in the end be the same illness xx
