Thanks. Ordered the hose and wand came the next day. Now having issues with the pump....it was expected...the unit was sitting for about a year in the cold.

“Now, where were we?!” Lol! I would have cleaned up and polished that crankshaft with some emery cloth and scotchbrite before lubing well and trying to reassemble since it was so difficult to remove. I have various bearing/gear pullers. Do you think one of those might have worked to remove the pump? I was cringing as I watched you pull the new pump on with the bolts - hoping the pump case wasn’t going to crack! Also, saw quite a bit of wobble on one of those wheels. That washer must have been pulled around quite a lot. Thanks for the explanation of how the valves are activated on that type of pump. I’m studying them now before I start working on a discarded one. I’ve had a request from a customer for a restored one, so this video is helpful.

Very good ideas. Normally they slide right off so yes some clean up would have helped. Funny, when I was editing the video, I said "why didn't I use a puller?". Was one of those days I guess 😕. Thanks for watching and commenting. Still learning here

Looks like you had to stop the recording to let out a few choice words when the pull cord broke. I know I would have.
