this is the first result when i searched jackson js22-7. this is how you do a review. with your best mates and a few drinks. \m/ i can't believe you only have 42 subscribers (including me after watching)
Dude in the middle looks like he should be in Cobra Kia from the original Karate Kid. Hahaha. Great stuff guys. Picked up a js22 7 for 80 bucks. Whata steal
We have been busy. Sorry not our main account. Covid happened then one of us got married. Combo of the two haltered a lot of activity. We would like to be back soon with our new gear and are working on that slowly. It may take time though. Life happens. Our special guest max is killing it though! hope to have him back on when we do reupload.
Good stuff guys, seems like you should have more subs and views. I got the JS22-7 recently, and i have an Illuminator bridge pickup, and hipshot bridge and locking tuners currently on the way, and i plan to order a couple bone or graph nuts soon for 7 strings (got a couple others). The Jackson stock pickups aren't bad for what they are but an upgrade was needed ha. In this review though, that DKA-7 seems like the winner. I bet that Schecter is nice for its price point and that white is indeed clean. The JS seems great with upgrades, i feel mine will be. But that DKA-7 with those Bareknuckle pickups just destroys. Love it
Nice video. I have the Jackson JS22-7 and I was looking for locking tuners for it. What Hipstop set did you put on your guitar? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Sorry commenting from a different account...i used their grip locks in a 3x4 setup. You can specify your setup if you message them. you will have to drill new holes for the ground screws though. www.amazon.com/Hipshot-Grip-Lock-String-Locking-Tuners/dp/B00DVVZIPM/ref=asc_df_B00DVVZIPM/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312176484647&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12123408338008937730&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1024453&hvtargid=pla-636628945080&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=62521174299&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=312176484647&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12123408338008937730&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1024453&hvtargid=pla-636628945080
We are using Bias FX with a custom Peavy 5150 model setting. There is some added drive/eq/gate models being used as well. Highly suggest checking out Positive Grid and their suite of guitar/bass focused VST's
Gear Review Guys I’m a big fan of JamUp pro on my iPhone paired with bias amp (they don’t have fx for iOS yet unless your on iPad but JamUp has a decent selection of effects). Highly recommended!
Im debating between buying a js22-7 for myself to mod or just taking the same money I'd put into the js22 and buying a schecter as it is. Hard decision, because with the js22 i would fit it with the exact gear I want, but the schecter I imagine has a better straight up build and playability. All I really know how to do is swap parts
I have the DKA-7. The clipping tuners and kill switch are dope. I made the tone knob neck only so I could adjust the treble for different songs. I'm guessing the D-Activators went into the black Jackson aha.
I like your video. Is the Schecter Demon guitar a good guitar? I also saw that you have Jackson. Compare Demon 6 Fr with JS32 Dinky. What is the best? Help me, thanks.
In our opinion i think we would go for the Js32 Dinky. It's affordable and easily upgradable. The schecter is a fine instrument too. But given the choice we would go with Jackson.
The Demon 7 sounds the best. Obviously it has better pickups. I have the Demon 8, and i don't miss having a 7 string at all. I just use the Demon 8 for all low tuned playing.
I got the JS22-7 and everything works perfect,,,the neck is really great for a 26.5 and it was cheap,,,also not changing anything on it as i play mine not look at it.I give it a 5+......
I just bought a schecter demon-7 seven string guitar from guitar Center in Roy ut one of my guitar shops I also shop ksm in Logan ut the schecter demon-7 seven string guitar is great I like it I don't really like the bent headstock I like fender headstock because you can lay the guitar in a hard case or on some soft surfaces and the headstock won't touch anything and your neck won't get bent
I’m trying to decide between a demon 7 with stock pickups and js22-7 + new pickups. Which would sound better for Devin Townsend type sounds (Ocean Machine through Transcendence era)?
Joseph Holliday ooooh I love esp/Ltd!!! My main axe is a 6 string Ltd mh-350fr (or it WAS until I got a Charvel that I fell in love with, but it’s still my backup). I haven’t tried the 7 string yet but if they’re anything like the 6s I’m sure I’d love it! Hope you get some stage time with it soon!
All of y'all need to take the knob that says mid and turn it to 0 your tone is awful and I have a js227 stock so I know it's not the guitar it's your settings
I made this to compare the sounds of the guitars quickly
5:03 Schecter
8:10 first jackson
15:23 second jackson

Thank you kindly for the Sub and the kind words. We are planning coming out with more content soon. Cheers!

I was very fortunate to find a schecter demon 7 with upgrades and it's a incredible guitar. I as well want that extra umph

What amps are you using? They sound awesome!

I love the deactivators stay originally came out in the Ibanez xyphos xpt700
Damn, this channel is awesome! Subbed.
That tone sounds awesome on my monitors, what's the signal chain?
I have the DKA-7. The clipping tuners and kill switch are dope. I made the tone knob neck only so I could adjust the treble for different songs. I'm guessing the D-Activators went into the black Jackson aha.

The Jackson headstock is the coolest headstock on any 7 string, particularly this one, what are you talking about
I got the JS22-7 and everything works perfect,,,the neck is really great for a 26.5 and it was cheap,,,also not changing anything on it as i play mine not look at it.I give it a 5+......
love the kmac refrence knew it before you even said it lmao

Is the demon white or off white? It looks super white!!!
I’m trying to decide between a demon 7 with stock pickups and js22-7 + new pickups. Which would sound better for Devin Townsend type sounds (Ocean Machine through Transcendence era)?
Joseph Holliday Jackson... or Ibanez! Oh no more choices!!
Quikdeth I ended up going with an LTD EC-1007 ET instead

@@QuikdethDeviantart I’m definitely enjoying it so far! I needed that 7th string for some Devin Townsend style riffs :)
The Jackson JS22-7 has an Amaranth fretboard, not Rosewood. But is an excellent guitar for the price if your wanting a 7 string at budget for beginner
there are options available, the one I ordered comes with a rosewood fretboard, can't wait for it to arrive
The DKA-7 sounds wicked
Love my DKA-7!
Do you recall what tuning you guys were in ?
Drop F tuning for the Jackson DKA7 and drop A for the schecter and Jackson js22-7
Big guy with the jackson on the left is tuned to drop F. The rest are tuned to drop A. Hope this helps, thanks for commenting! -GRG
Devin Craig thanks man
Gear Review Guys thank you
Great choice in guitar ( schector ), piss poor choice in beer
What can we say we like our comments like we like our beer...pissy.
This isnt redit.
Dude just casually looking at porn magazines
whitechapel iz dat u?
Depends on who is asking...you a cop?
Cant find anything called a demon 7
Sorry, kids. All that equipment for three notes and pidgeon head moves? That's a big NOPE!
Hope this channel goes beyond to be honest.
You all have different phases of facial hair
All of y'all need to take the knob that says mid and turn it to 0 your tone is awful and I have a js227 stock so I know it's not the guitar it's your settings
