In his fight against big mom, it's revealed Marco's flames have special properties that allows him to overcome and damage prometheus (who is just pure fire itself). Could it be that those blue flames can somehow do the same to king's biological fire, lowering his defense even while flames are on?? Specially since Marco's attacks also produce Shockwaves so they can bypass durability to some extent. Great video as always.
Yeah I’m aware Marco’s flames countered Prometheus but I’m not really sure if that’s because he can counter any flame or was it because Prometheus is a homie (soul) and Marco’s regen flames can interact with it. Also Marco’s flames didn’t play a part during the brief time they fought so that’s another thing that gives me pause. It’s definitely possible but I wasn’t confident in my thoughts about it to mention it.
Doffy has all 3 types of haki as well and awakened fruit to and look how low in scale of top players are that isn’t a good enough argument for kat the show left him behind in wano most these guys destroy kat with relative ease he isn’t durable at all
people look a lot into the details, Marco couldn't make King bleed, or should we also use it as a fact and now claim that Zoro was able to overcome flames ON King's toughness that lierally go's over hybrid Kaido's without ACoC coating, because he made flame ON King spurt blood on chapter 1022 last page? both the anime and manga made it very clear that flame ON King was not injured by either attack when we saw him again after those attacks. That would also mean that Marco can deal more damage than post Wano G4 Bounce Man Luffy and hybrid Lucci together, which is out of the question. but overall a really reasonable ranking though kinda hart seeing Kat that low tho.
Yeah Zoro made King spurt out blood with Purgatory Onigiri, but then can't put a scratch on him lol. I think Oda hadn't thought of King's near invulnerability at that point.

Whether or not Marco made King bleed is still debatable. I can see your perspective but Zoro openly saying that he couldn’t make King bleed invalidates what people thought the slash did in 1022. Whereas Marco never notes that he’s unable to damage King or Queen and just says it’s tough holding them back at the same time. I don’t really think it makes sense that Marco can make flame on King bleed and Zoro couldn’t but it is what it is.
@@zagessj I think it would have shown that the attacks had an actual effect if it was the case, but as mentioned (every) time you saw King afterwards, the brother was literally unharmed after getting hit by those attacks up until ACoC infusion come into use after that he showed actual fear, regardless of his invisible state.
The issue with katakuri is that in hindsight his fears are not that great at all. Most of the yc's here have feats against Yonko and top tiers. Something katakuri lacks and will probably never get. It's just the way the dice roll

Sabo is Yonko/admiral level because he got blitzed by the top characters? Him getting away from that doesn’t instantly put him up there. Luffy is not way stronger than Kizaru unless you think he’s commander level which literally doesn’t make sense. Shiryu is stronger than you think he was stated to be equal or relative to Magellan who dominated everyone at impel down(including Blackbeard) plus Shiryu just got a df to get him stronger. Zoro is getting blitzed by Garp himself not sure why you thought getting slammed by Garp makes you weak.

Zoro has been one shoting his enemies since his introduction. That's just how swordsmen fight, they don't need many clean hits to put you down, their ap is among the highest in the verse by default due to using cutting techniques. It doesn't say anything about the enemies power in comparison really. Zoro almost died against mr1, struggled a lot against Kaku and had a high diff against suppressed ryuma, and all of these guys went down by one shots.

Greenbull’s statement pretty much holds up when we seen kuzan, Garp aswell bullying commanders like nothing. Greenbull was a hard counter for king and queen, sucks that king who’s a lunarian couldn’t do shit, him being weaken shouldn’t be much of a factor he’s a special race that’s pretty much op and has zoan recovery. It doesn't matter if they still had bandages, they are ancient zoans with insane recovery. That's the proof there. Same with rob lucci in egg head, he had bandages but he was fine. Shyruu (I have him at least above King and just under Zoro in case he will just be a different type of opponent for Zoro but not directly as strong, which is a theory I like. Or he is just switchable with Zoro if he will just be directly stronger.) 7. King 8. Marco(If the colored manga reveals that Marco did make flame-on King bleed than he can be above King) 9. Sabo(is here by feats like Zage mentioned but with narrative hype, I would put him below Zoro who can literally cut fire.) 10. Katakuri (I have him above Killer because of his speed and skillset with his future sight and Mochi fruit. Killer is physically more powerful with more AP. @@mattc4266 I don't know why Sabo would have more narrative importance than Zoro? Zoro is the right-hand man aka first-mate of the MC and future Pirate King. I know the Dragon and the Revs are important for the story but not more than the Pirates, especially the Strawhats who are the story's protagonists. Is it because of his Flame Emperor title? Because that title is purely based on narrative and propaganda, not because Sabo has Emperor-like strength. Meanwhile, Zoro's very life goal is dependent on him achieving a level of strength that is amongst the strongest in the world. And like I said no matter how strong Sabo gets, Zoro really hard counters him because he can cut fire and really impede Sabo's main offense. And I have no reason to believe Sabo's Haki will grow how Zoro's will and has so far.

I don't mind any of the rankings themselves, but the point about Imu not one-shoting cobra is just silly. I, as a real world person could probably do what Cobra did against Imu. I am obviously not as durable as Sabo. It was a stab to the gut, of course it didn't instantly kill Cobra, how would it possibly do that? You could stab my gut with enough force as you want, it won't suddenly make my head explode. In a video game, it would take out my entire HP, but in One Piece & IRL, it can only take out my gut. Imu's attack against Cobra & Sabo could be the most powerful attack in the series for all we know. Sabo taking damage doesn't mean anything scaling-wise for now.

WB pirates is implied strongest pirate crew in ch909 and he physically stopped Admiral Akainu.
Good list, kinda on the fence with Shiru scalling but if you wanna use him not getting KO by Garp's blow then i guess he's *maybe* in that tier but it's iffy, also i don't believe him stopping Akainu is that great of a feat because we later on see him not even holding him back in a 20v1 with the rest of the WB pirates+ crocodile so the feat imo is kinda meh, the rest is a W tho.

Shiryu is likely a future Zoro opponent, so he’s definitely stronger than that. And while Marco has some impressive feats, some of it is just hype from other characters. His Haki is way too low to be that high. His attack power suffers because of it. Sure, he has great defense, but great defense can’t carry a fight
Nah Marco should be in tier 3 bottom or tier 4. He does not take old Rayleigh or Zoro, Zage placed Marco about right. But yeah, Katakuri got severely underrated here.

Zoro has been one shoting his enemies since his introduction. That's just how swordsmen fight, they don't need many clean hits to put you down, their ap is among the highest in the verse by default due to using cutting techniques. It doesn't say anything about the enemies power in comparison really. Zoro almost died against mr1, struggled a lot against Kaku and had a high diff against suppressed ryuma, and all of these guys went down by one shots.

By your logic Killer should be easily higher than Shiryu because he got more damaged by Garp slamming him than Killer got by a named attack of Big Mom which i think we can all agree is stronger than Garp and he also got the attack power to damage Kaido in a shallow way.
It doesn't matter if they still had bandages, they are ancient zoans with insane recovery. That's the proof there. Same with rob lucci in egg head, he had bandages but he was fine. A week was gone, they had more than enough time to fully recover. Unless greenbull came earlier than we thought, then I would agree with you on that. All we know is that it was day when greenbull went to the prison and it was night when he fought the scabbards.

@@mattc4266 I don't know why Sabo would have more narrative importance than Zoro? Zoro is the right-hand man aka first-mate of the MC and future Pirate King. I know the Dragon and the Revs are important for the story but not more than the Pirates, especially the Strawhats who are the story's protagonists. Is it because of his Flame Emperor title? Because that title is purely based on narrative and propaganda, not because Sabo has Emperor-like strength. Meanwhile, Zoro's very life goal is dependent on him achieving a level of strength that is amongst the strongest in the world. And like I said no matter how strong Sabo gets, Zoro really hard counters him because he can cut fire and really impede Sabo's main offense. And I have no reason to believe Sabo's Haki will grow how Zoro's will and has so far.

I don't mind any of the rankings themselves, but the point about Imu not one-shoting cobra is just silly. I, as a real world person could probably do what Cobra did against Imu. I am obviously not as durable as Sabo.
It was a stab to the gut, of course it didn't instantly kill Cobra, how would it possibly do that? You could stab my gut with enough force as you want, it won't suddenly make my head explode. In a video game, it would take out my entire HP, but in One Piece & IRL, it can only take out my gut.
Imu's attack against Cobra & Sabo could be the most powerful attack in the series for all we know. Sabo taking damage doesn't mean anything scaling-wise for now.

Probably my headcanon only but Marco is stronger in Marineford than in wano which I will put him at low admiral. WB pirates is implied strongest pirate crew in ch909 and he physically stopped Admiral Akainu.

Also Katakuri litteraly was trying to made their fight with Luffy fair, He cloud have ended Luffy soo much times but he not. Katakuri hasn`t used his advanced arnament and trident, He litteraly made a huge hole in his body only to make their fight fair. I think if Katakuri will use his full power King dont even stands a chance. King is too slow in his flame form to damage Katakuri, With out flames he will get enough speed to do something with Kat, But Katakuri easily counters King without flames by using his abillities. I dont see how King winning this

Shiryu is likely a future Zoro opponent, so he’s definitely stronger than that. And while Marco has some impressive feats, some of it is just hype from other characters. His Haki is way too low to be that high. His attack power suffers because of it. Sure, he has great defense, but great defense can’t carry a fight

Crocodile and Sabo both fill in the roles of right hand man on cross guild and the revs
Since someone like Mihawk and Dragon fill in the Yonko role in terms of strength
So bare minimum they Crocodile should be in the Zoro levels of strength because both his and Luffy crew are fighting for the one piece
And it wouldn't make sense if they weren't at least comparable
And Sabo should also be around that level since he's the right hand man of the revs the people who are fighting against the greatest force in the one piece world the world government
And tbh both should be above someone like Zoro imo
Since Cross guild will only have 6 strong people EOS(Crocodile,Buggy,Mr 3,Mr 1,and Weevil and Dofy if they join)
So someone like Crocodile should be strong enough to at least be stronger then most of the other right hands currently since he's pulling a lot of weight on his crew

@@dsw-2898 The difference is Beckmann has shown nothing but has massive portrayal and narrative. Crocodile got washed by Arabasta Luffy and Sabo is blonde Ace (YC2 Akainu victim).
Also, in case you haven't noticed, the Straw Hats are literally dealing with the Gorosei rn. Straw Hats and Revolutionaries will work together to defeat the Celestial Dragons so your Sabo argument doesn't work here.

Yes he is, what portrayal/feats does Sabo have over Zoro? Even in Dressrosa both Sabo and Zoro clash with Fujitora the same way, and we know how much stronger Zoro has gotten since then. Meanwhile, Sabo is basically a complete mystery.
