Indeed, thank you! I do not have any other musical background at all, however the reason I felt drawn to the piano was because I am able to type around 175 WPM on a qwerty keyboard. Maybe this gives me an advantage. At the very least, it certainly helped me pick this instrument which I love. I have also had private instruction from an amazing teacher for over 2 years now at this point who I give most of the credit for my abilities too!
